While I'm no stranger to them (they were recommended to me a while back and I used their services for a variety of things like RAID batteries and some servers), we recently had a big backup project, and Robbie E. Anne T., and Dylan K. were amazing in helping us pick the RIGHT hardware and software solutions (which actually ended up being even more cost effective than other solutions they could have upsold me on), and providing patience and support throughout the design and implementation phases. They were communicative, patient, and very helpful. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will definitely be utilizing their expertise and services in the future!

I needed an emergency power supply for a client's Dell server. I had been searching everywhere for a replacement - most units were coming from China and needed 7+ days lead time. Then I found Velocity Tech Solutions. They had the part I needed, at a very reasonable price and they got it to me overnight. A special thank you to my service rep, Carolyn. She was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. She even called me the next day to make sure the server was up! This IS my go-to place for Server/Computer parts.

Great company. Got what you need. More knowledgeable than DELL. You are better off contacting them when having issues with your servers than DELL support. Rush off the phone sometimes during inquiries, but overall great customer service. Prices are good and the people are honest. Good mid-western people. Recommend them to anyone from individual tech enthusiasts to large enterprise companies.

Looking for a home media server, I checked the usual online suspects like craigslist, eBay, etc; but I was extremely worried about buying a server online. So I checked for local companies and found Velocity. Anne from Velocity took specs from an eBay listing and wrote me a custom quote. They even matched the online price. This was on Nov 7, 2019. On Nov 8 the custom built PowerEdge R510 was ready for pickup. It was in like-new condition—even the drive caddies. They supplied me with drive mount screws and two high quality power cables. The inside was clean, all the LEDs worked, and there were no missing or broken parts. This was not a server sitting in someone's basement or garage and sold as-is. It was abundantly clear Velocity took the time to sell me a server that was in optimal working order. The experience was amazing. Communication was excellent. They did this for a homeowner who just needed one server. Imagine how they'll treat a business customer buying dozens or hundreds. If you're buying from them online, out of the area; this is a real brick and mortar business—not some unknown online entity who bought a few pallets of old junk and is selling them online. Highly recommended.

Scott and his team were amazing. I cold called him with an obscure ask, he put all the extra effort time and energy to get the job done 100% -- my server was back online before noon the next day and now we have a cold backup same configuration just in case something happens while we migrate. The response time, resolution time and QUALITY delivered were the best I've ever encountered in my life. From now on Velocity Tech Solutions will be my first call.
