Before writing this review I exhausted every attempt to rectify this situation with the CEO Vincent Harris. My dryers heat sensor went out and it was covered under warranty. The company dispatched this company Vehtech to come out and do the repairs. The first appointment was a no call no show. The day the tech finally showed up he made the repair and then admitted that he broke something on the dryer and that he would have to get the part and come back out to fix. Well that never happen and I was later advised by the office that they would have to call around and try to find a part and they could not find any so my warranty company replaced the unit. I had to pay additional fees to have the dryer delivered, cover the taxes and pay for an additional warranty. I reached out to this company as it was there tech that broke my dryer and was not the responsibility of my warranty to cover their techs negligence. Needless to say that Mr. Harris flat out denied to cover the simple cost that I had to pay as a result of his techs negligence. I will be contacting the BBB next and proceed with legal action as this was carless and unprofessional.

Do not trust this company! I had an appointment yesterday 5/3/2024. This was scheduled thru my appliance manufacturers warranty - This company was a no call, no show. I should have expected this since they use automated text instructing me to call and schedule service, do not answer their phone and do not return voicemails. By the time I was able to call and get thru to actually talk to someone (3 business days later), I was told that someone did call me to schedule but I was unavailable. I told the lady I spoke with that I have 0 incoming/missed calls from their company and I need to schedule service asap. Her response was...well the rep noted she called you so you must have missed the call. This company is shady and unprofessional at the administrative level. I have no review for the actual service techs as I have yet to have one show up. I will be calling my refrigerator manufacturer today to request a repair reassignment.

I repeat do not use this company. If your warranty provider selects this company, immediately get it changed. I submitted a claim on 12/20. I received an text requesting a pic of the model number and issue. I supplied both and a little while later another text saying parts were ordered. The next day I called and spoke to someone and they said they were ordering a thermostat and heating element and we should receive the parts within 7-10 days. So shortly after Christmas I call and finally spoke to Gloria (very rude and not helpful). She stated no parts were ordered and that they had over 100 claims and that they were waiting for approval from the warranty company (warranty company had already approved repairs). She said she would forward it to a supervisor and they would give me a call in the next 24-48 hours. Well over the next 3 weeks speaking to Gloria, another customer rep, leaving a message with the ops manager I was given someone will call you back with in 24-48 hours. Well not once has anyone ever reached out to me. Finally after letting them string me along long enough a called the warranty company and requested a different provider. I repeat do not use this company, horrible service, horrible communication and horrible customer service.

Customer service is horrible... The lady that always answers the phone is so unprofessional. The service techs are always late and they don't follow covid-19 protocol no one wears a mask! The company will diagnose your problem over the phone without even coming to see what's going on and then to make matters wors, the company will order parts for a problem they haven't confirmed in person. The final straw was today with another late arrival. My appointment was between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. today.. the service tech never showed up at 1:52pm, I called the missed number, from my cellphone. the service tech said, "oh, I called earlier but you didn't answer the phone." I told him I wasn't near my phone ,however, my appointment was between 10:00 and 2:00 so he should have just come to the residence. The technician said no problem I can head that way now I should be there within the hour. At 3:20 the technician still wasn't at my home so I called him back. The technician said he was about 8 minutes from my residence he showed up at 4:00. Never using this company again!

This company is inept. They don't answer the phone, reply to voicemail or emails and can't even manage to order parts, which is their job. I spent almost $300 for an extended warranty for my washer only to have this inept bunch of people get the repair contract. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

*****UPDATE: WE ARE NOW UP TO FOUR BROKEN APPOINTMENTS!!! THIS COMPANY IS STRAIGHT GARBAGE. JUST MADE YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT TO BEST BUY. OUR NEXT MOVE IS TO RETURN THE WASHER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!**** Customer service is horrible. Company is contracted by Best Buy. They have scheduled 3 appointments and broken them all with my mom. My mom is in her 70s and has had to haul her clothes to the laundry mat for over a month now. I know it's because she lives in a rural area is why they won't come out. I guess this company is just like Best Buy, all they care about is their bottom line and not their customers.

After spending $4000 on an LG pedestal washer and dryer with an extended 5 year warranty through Lowe's in October of 2021, I am now having to go to the laundromat 3 times a week since I can't get these people to respond to my need for repair. My initial call was on January 5, 2023. Talk about fraud!

I filed a claim with Warrantech for my dryer bc it wasn’t drying as it should. They told me they would be sending VehTech out on Monday between 1pm-4pm to look and it and see what needed to be replaced. Around 2pm I received a phone call from Jeff at VehTech. He explained due to Covid they weren’t coming out to diagnose but would diagnose over the phone. I wasn’t happy bc I had cleared my day bc I was expecting someone to come to my home. That was on Warrantech though and not VehTech. Jeff took notes on what was going on, explained that they would order the parts and have them sent to my home and when they arrived I needed to call a schedule a tech to come out to install. Everything went just as he said and the work was done on time. Jeff has a wonderful personality to be in customer service, and Emory did a great job servicing my dryer. Loved that they company contacted me when he was on the way and he was prompt on being here when he was scheduled to be. Would recommend this company and if I ever need work done to my washer or dryer in the future I will feel confident in dealing with this company again.
