Veggie Grill - Vegan restaurant in Seattle - 2681 NE University Village St, USA

I’ve come to Uvillage to shop for years and never stopped inside here before. First off- the staff here is so friendly and kind. They also bring the food to your table! So it’s a much more pleasant and elevated atmosphere than any other quick serve spot. Second- it’s CLEAN. Last, the food is great! It’s presented nicely and delicious. I felt so compelled to write a nice review because the staff was so kind but as I’m sitting here I’m wondering why I ever passed it up before. If you’re thinking of coming in to try, do it!

This is a Vegan place. I am not a Vegan or Vegetarian and I love this place. I had a "beef" Korean bowl and I could not tell it was not real beef. Also had the cauliflower appetizer that was also yummy. Super healthy place to eat.

I feel the quality has gone down over the decade. It tastes dated. I don’t know how they make the Mac n chz so bland. And this is THE weirdest ‘bahn mi’ I’ve ever seen or had. All for $20. I’d pass.

What s great place to get your vegan fast food cravings satisfied. The cauliflower nuggets are excellent with buffalo sauce. Their chicken is crazy close to real chicken. Now that they switched to impossible meat instead of field roast, the beef dishes taste pretty close to real beef even if the texture is more like cooked mushroom. Service is well above fast food fare. Wish they served soda at the fountain instead of just flavored tea and fruit drinks.

Was a bit swayed about the ratings from the delivery places that can be picked up from here. But yum! Everything on this menu is vegan! It’s so exciting to have a plant based place easily available in a bit area like this! I got a new bowl that isn’t on the menu yet! The strawberry lemonade, and some vegan chocolate chip cookies to go! They play hit music over the loudspeaker, it’s not too loud. The tables and area is clean, and a napkin with knife and fork are already ready on the table. It’s nice to eat in knowing you aren’t using much plastic! I would want to come back to try the burgers or anything else!

Veggie Grill has a full plant based menu offering traditional American and Mexican comfort foods. Burgers, sandwiches, fries, macaoni and cheese, burritos, quesidillas, etc. are the type of things found oh their menu. I have tried a few different menu items from different locations. The taste is consistent , and the menus are the same. This visit I had tried the Double BBQ Mac Burger with bacon, Regular Fries, and the Belgian Chocolate Cake. The Double BBQ Mac Burger was good. It had all the taste and portion you would expect from a fast food Burger spot. However, I find these burgers to be better than most vegan spots and certainly consistent. The bacon adds a nice crunch and saltiness to the Burger that goes well with the smothering BBQ sauce, and pieces of cheese covered macaroni. The bun is nothing special, but taste fine. The fries are good, remind me somewhat of a Burger King French fry. A little ketchup, and you will be good to go. The fries could be a little less salty. The cake is good. It is a "box cake" but it still tastes okay. If you're looking for a sweet treat at the end and you like chocolate; it will do. The service here was great and all the staff was really friendly. The food came relatively quickly, and there was a lot of available seating. The place could've been a little cleaner; as I noticed the floor was dirty, and some tables were not clean.

I FREAKING LOVE THIS PLACE!! it’s awesome I went here with my boyfriend during homecoming and we got the VG burger and pesto chicken Sandwhich! Absolutely delectable!
