4hours late. Overcharged. Very disappointed. Tried to double charge. Wanted $900.00 for a bill from tec. I Paid $575.00. Could of had local garage door company do it for $475.00. Don't use that company.
I have been using Vcita since 2018, and it keeps getting better and better! The client interface is incredibly user-friendly, even for my clients over 60 who find it easy to navigate and love the hassle-free booking process. I recently tried another company for a new business location, but it didn’t compare at all. Vcita is much easier to use, both for me as a busy business owner and for my clients. One of my favorite features is the email marketing tool. It’s perfect for running holiday specials, which always fill my books quickly!
We have been using vCita since 2015 and white labeled it to doctors, barbers, bowling alleys and REALTOR. It is by far, hands down, the best scheduling app and widget on the market. It is light weight and integrates seamlessly to many apps off the shelf, but offers easy integration for custom solutions. I laugh at others using candidly or styleseat because they are missing out on so much functionality and features that would make their scheduling easier.The support is also second to none should you ever need it.

great system for small business but it does need more apps to connect to and SEO apps need to be made available but its a great system and smart.
I started using Vcita when I was taking a Life Coaching program and have continued using it into my Wellness and Counselling Practice for the last almost 3 years. It's very simple and easy to use, but also has extensive offerings and options. One of my values for my practice is "easy access to mental health support" and I've always received feedback from my clients that the booking process was very easy and convenient for them. I also love that it handles pretty much everything for me, and all the things I'm not great at managing or keeping track of!
vCita is a great productivity tool. Making appointments is easy for prospects and it syncs with my Google calendar. I never worry about missing an appointment because it has text and email reminders. It is a robust tool set for entrepreneurs and small businesses trying to do more with less. I have been using it for at least 3 years and it has improved each year with more functionality. Highly recommend
In my last business, I used to have two other staff members who handled everything that I do by myself now with vcita! This has made my scheduling and billing so much easier and less stressful. I love how well the phone app works so that I can handle things right for my phone and don't even need it to get on my computer. I run a one-person business now.
