Thank you for your help! We had problems with our virtualization infrastructure, but were able to get it sorted out thanks to Josh. In fact, he made a few recommendations to improve the performance of our virtual machines, and after implementing them, things are faster than they've ever been.

We had some TrueNAS/ZFS issues that needed quick resolution. Vanilla Ice was able to recover our data with minimal downtime. Thanks to them I narrowly avoided disaster. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
