The entrance was nice and clean and smelt good but the room …. The room was horrible. First off the comforter had lip stick & yellow stains in them. The sheets & pillow cases had mysterious yellow stains in them. I went down to ask front desk for new sheets and comforters (because I had No choice but to stay there) but even the “clean” new blankets had yellow stains . I’m guessing they weren’t washed correctly. The bathroom was actually clean but ALLL the towels had stains in them luckily I brought my own. Plus they didn’t have wash clothes or enough soap. the furniture looked all chewed up and old. The front door didn’t close unless you forced it closed which was unsafe. It didn’t even have a latch on the door. I barely got sleep. The old AC unit in the room was so loud, it kept waking me up. I kept smelling cigarette smoke through out the night .Ugh I just wanted that experience to end so we checked out at like 4 am.

This will be quite a forgettable experience. The walk to the subway station is doable. It is within walking distance of the neighborhood's busy eateries and shopping. Do not buy any food from deli places. The room was extremely small and would not be a good fit for accessibility. The office chair in the room was missing a wheel. The carpet was extremely dirty, if you walk on the carpet after a shower, you need to go back and rinse the bottom of your foot again before putting on a sock or a pair of slippers. We didn't put any requests for not being serviced during the day, but for the 3 day stay, there was no cleaning service. As we were checking in, a customer came and complained that their room had only a single set of towels, and they acted like it was a mishap, upon arriving my room, there was only a single set of towel in mine too. So all the rooms probably have only a single set of towels. Shower floor felt a bit slimy and shower drain had residue. The place was quiet and mostly calm. Waiting area sofas had stains all over them, if anything one would want to keep the most common area clean and presentable and that tells a lot about what to expect when you're in your room. Every time we came back to the room following a lengthy NYC day, the room card did not work, we had to go to the reception for reprogramming.

Hello! I would like to share my experience in staying in this hotel. When I called the guest representative offered me a better rate than other hotels in the area which were much more expensive. Upon arrival I was greeted by a man in a turban and a lady that was quite nice. I asked if we can get a nice room she said “we have nice rooms for nice people”. Over all the experience was interesting as the room was clean but it smelled as some type of marihuana odor. I was in impression that hotels have non smoking policy because of the fire issuses. I do not smoke, it was one night stay in a place. For the reason, I would not be able to stay longer. I did not ask for a refund or a discount. Someone even sent me a message on my phone during the stay about Medical smoking. Not too interested in this place.

Hotel was easy on the eyes. They could have cleaned it a lot more. I requested a suite and my pull out did not have a mattress. The staff did fix it fast. The room smelled of old smoke. I needed a room for a night for my mothers funeral. If I had to stay again I won't. It was ok for a quick nap. The pictures online was misleading just my opinion.

The place smells like weed and is especially bad in the hallways. They make you pay a $50 deposit when you check in, I would recommend paying in cash and get a receipt. I saw some reviews where they fought to get their deposit back. The room was dirty, obviously not crazy, but enough to make you feel dirty. We did not even shower as there was hair and dirt in the bathtub as well as hair all over the floor. Our room did not have pillow cases (didn't discover this until 2 am), and when we addressed this the next morning we were apologized to, but also told we should have come to the front desk. We also had to use febreeze (provided by our friend) because it smelled bad. Our friends had a kitchenette in their room, which has some sort of sauce on the wall and curtains. Their room also smelled horrible, which was fixed the mighty Mr. febreeze, it also included a ripped sheet with some sort of red stain as well as some obvious wall damage. Check out is at 11, you can pay for an extra hour, but House keeping will call you promptly at 11 to tell you it's time to check out. They do not have a private parking garage, just a covered lot attached to the hotel. Anyone can walk up to the vehicles sitting in the lot, oh, and it's $20 a night. Was not worth the $160. *Edit* I forgot to mention that House keeping had garbage bags BLOCKING an elevator on the 5th floor from 2/3 pm (check in) to 11 pm, and not just one or two small bags, but 6-8 large black bags.

My honest experience: friendly check in staff. Late night arrival and seemingly only one person on call. Got my room after 30 minute wait in lobby. Got to the floor and there was a bag of trash in the middle of the hallway and a strong aroma of marijuana throughout. My room had no toilet paper, minimal bedding, and a chirping smoke detector. I got out of there as soon as I could the next morning.

Lovely outward appearance and centrally located for restaurants and shopping. I have an issue with the cleanliness of the rooms. Dingy shower curtains and some sort of grime on the bath tub. Also no housekeeping. Can’t recommend this place if this type of upkeep is consistent. - Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights Aug 2022.

The first room we were offered was filthy; garbage all over the room, feces in the toilet, sheets had not been changed, stank like awful body order. Requested a new room, and it was better but still disgusting. The sheets had not been changed, reeked of marijuana and alcohol, pillows were yellow from sweat stains. Walked back down to the front desk via the stairs and there was feces covered toilet paper, vomit and crack burned tinfoil in the stairwell. Advised the manager that we did not feel safe, and the rooms were unacceptable and that we would not stay there and requested a refund. Manager advised that we needed to contact priceline and that he would offer a refund. Called Priceline who reached out and the manager told them he offered us other options and never said he would refund us. DO NOT RECOMMEND
