Fox tails my dog sniffed one kept sneezing luckily I sucked it loose but wow scary scary stuff. Turkeys everywhere got him riled up to. This is not a dog park. It's a nice park but saying it is "dog friendly" is a STRETCH.
Don't believe everything you read on Google this park almost got the better of my dog.
July 1st Independence Day Stars and Strpes celebration was awesome! Food trucks, fireworks, music, family atmosphere was wonderful safe and fun.
This is one of our go-to parks. They have a playground for the smaller kids but no swings. They have a basketball court and trails that lead to residential areas. My kids enjoy walking on the bridge behind the park that leads to the Walmart on the other side.
Really really cool place to go with friends, I went here this Wednesday and it was really fun. This is also one of my childhood parks so it was really nostalgic. Definitely recommend coming here. Perfect for family’s too!
Beautiful park, my dogs love going for walks there. Is always clean and the lawn perfectly done. It also has a trail, its really nice.
Update: This park is a great place to visit again. The play equipment is in great condition, the landscaping is maintained, and the nature trail are great. Plan ahead: there isn't a bathroom. For now, I feel safe visiting it with my family.
Previously: This used to be our favorite park in the area. Sadly, a couple of mentally ill homeless men are now loitering in the area. They wave things at people and yell at them. I will not be bringing my kids back until this is resolved. It's too bad; it was the only park in the area without menacing loiterers. Now, it's by far the worst. I have never seen a problem like this in surrounding communities. I have even seen police in neighboring communities escorting loiterers out of parks even when they weren't being menacing. Why doesn't Citrus Heights address this issue and make our parks welcoming and safe?
Plenty of turkeys and PokeStops makes this one of my favorite parks.

Great park for the whole family. The playground has lots for older school age kids and we like to play tennis and basketball there. Our dog likes to run in the back field.
This place has become an incredibly significant part of my life. Coach Shawn is an amazing human being and his passion for boxing resonates through the entire community he has cultivated. I am very grateful for Cayuga and everyone there.
Tattoo artist Guy, gave me a perfect tattoo- just what I asked for. Everyone is helpful and makes sure you are taken care of. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but definitely worth it. This is the place to go if you are looking for a tattoo.
Folsom Palace has excellent food! Every fish we try is outstanding and rich in flavor. This is my new favorite for Chinese food, nothing else comes close. Will be back frequently, make sure to call ahead it is busy for a reason!
