Last year, when we've donated. They took it out of our car and positive attitudes. I thought since I had a good experience, we will go again. The guys working outside gave us an attitude like it was an inconvenience. Told us you're getting out of your car and dumping them into these bins. When we got out, we didn't know what bins what goes in what. I asked again, he turned around with another attitude and said clothes here and others there. If I wasn't still moving, I would've thrown an attitude back and i would tell the manager to f themselves too. All he had to say is we don't take it out of cars due to whatever, we have our donaters donate into these bins. Reading online reviews for similar experience, apparently they over price their things for your things used. Should've done my research to donate to company that doesn't overcharge used things.

I have enjoyed thrifting for years! Mostly because as costs of goods go up, I have found joy still in thrifting knowing I’m able to save on home goods and clothing..until now. INFLATION should not hurt ANY thrift stores. All of your goods are donated to you for FREE and most (if not all) of your goods are donated to your location and place of business. That means, you’re not paying for transport of goods and you’re not buying the goods you’re selling in an inflated market..so what really is the true point in inflating yours to the customers who *value* thrifting as an efficient & cost effective way to purchase recycled items? Pictures to show exactly what I’m talking about.. QUIT GOOGLING MERCHANDISE BRANDS AND PRODUCT IN YOUR BACK ROOM AND START SELLING AT FACE VALUE- a book is a book, a vase is a vase, a towel is a towel..DO BETTER VALUE VILLAGE!

I used to love coming to Value Village for everything I could get. For my hobbies or just general need. Today I walked in and found no cashiers! I will not be back to support a company that steals my labor and time! If I am doing the work of your cashiers I should be compensated! If not, it is theft! Also, our community needs jobs for our people to support themselves and their families. You are cutting jobs and costing our community. What are you going to do next to increase your profits? Make the customer stock the shelves and label all the products? Will never support this comatose again with the money I have to work hard to make!

Worlds absolute rudest individuals work here, with zero level of customer service to include the manager on duty. have the worlds worst experience with a drop-off center lady, by the name of Carol being an extremely rude condescending and disrespectful all at the same time when I asked for her name so that I could have a word with her Manager the manager, then came out and then was condescending and disrespectful when addressing the issue that I was having with Carol.

First time at this location and despite some oddly priced items here and there, I have to say the two women employees working the front made the environment quite pleasant with their laughter and positivity. You rock ladies🤗

It's mid December and I just bought 6 sweaters and two skirts for $45. Sweaters that you can wear to work or church, nice ones, for $3.49 or similar. A one of a kind handmade skirt for $8.49! Nothing but compliments on it! I get all my name brand shoes here. I a women's 9, too! Great place for kid's clothes. I get a lot of my kiddo's character t-shirts here. Update: PS this is the nicest, most helpful VV staff ever. We were looking for specific shoes for my kid's Saint costume. The lovely lady stocking shoes pulled out three bins from the stock room so we could rummage through them. We found THE PERFECT pair of boots and they really pulled the whole costume together. THANK YOU!!

Way overpriced media such as blu rays ($17.99) and video games ($14.99). Seriously, this is a thrift shop please price your donated items appropriately and stop being greedy.
