Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Very clean. Beds are comfortable, could use a few more pillows. Kitchen is sufficient, nice that it has full size refrigerator. Great water pressure. Staff are very pleasant. It is a very quiet place just had guest upstairs that walked very heavy really late at night (12) and early in am (4), which makes working 12 hr shifts hard, But they allowed me to move room s and no more noise. Laundry has only 2 washers and dryers but is less expensive than any others ($1.50 each) so worth planning wash on not typical busy days. Hotel is not name brand,is older but has been very nicely renovated definitely the place to stay if here for long term job.

Took two and a half hours for them to get me a new room since the original had holes and broken counters and BUSTED bathroom door. First rooms tv did not work , second rooms tv only halfway lights up. They claim Wifi works but it is impossible to connect and they refuse to reset it. They always say “15 minutes “ or “it’ll get done today” and nothing happens. No cleaning service what’s so ever, toilet and sinks are broke . For 80\ Night for a one bed room , this has got to be the worst hotel i’ve been to in a hot minute

The staff are hard to work with, as in you ask for help with a room they’ll say they’ll be there “in fifteen minutes,” and never come. The rooms aren’t clean, and some are in terrible condition to the point staff will deny pictures/videos are their rooms to begin with. TVs are discolored in some rooms, internet is impossible to connect to.

Pillows smelled horrible. All sorts of insects inside the room. Then I was double charged one week. And they didn’t wanna hear it. So I left and ended up letting my bank take care of it.

Love the rooms. The staff is helpful and respectful. I've stayed multiple times and will, multiple times more. Microwaves. Ice boxes. And the owner is great. In her own great way

If only they CLEANED their rooms. If you have to stay here, bring your cleaning supplies because its bad. The walls have funk/ old food/ grease/ mold/ dirt CAKED on them. They dont change the sheets, toilet paper doesnt get restocked, or face towels & coffee...the shower has pink mold and left over soap and grime from previous people. Its nasty.its sad because the rooms are big and they have a kitchenette. But its gross. I had to scrub the kitchen down before even bringing my belongings, or child in.

Room was good, but front desk wasn't very hospitable. Ice machine frequently went out. The daily room service was horrible. Frequently didn't put towels and toilet paper. Never swept the room even when told repeatedly to please sweep. Internet service was down half the time. After the first week I was looking for a different place.

Staff barely spoke English and didn't seem to carry that my sheets are nasty and dirty ahead like literally pebbles and rocks all in them our clearly not changed. The Bathroom sink head spit in it And a coffee maker still had coffee in it from the last people
