Stayed here last month. It’s horrible these people are allowed to take vouchers through the Salvation Army for families in need. The female owner that works at the front desk was rude and belligerent. She did not even want to give us toilet paper. The whole time we were there she was sick and was sneezing and coughing everywhere. My whole family ended up getting Covid. The rooms were dirty. All and all horrible experience.
This place was small nice warm beds. Once I turn the heat on I had no problem with noise or any problems with the gentleman that rented me the hotel. It was a reasonable priced $56. The only thing that they didn’t have was copy they had a TV worked well, this MOTEL I would definitely give a 5
There are a lot of bad reviews from several years ago. But I was desperate. My room had a very comfortable bed. It was fresh smelling and clean. Some wear and tear on the walls but nothing was dirty. I would stay there again.
Unfortunately they have bedbugs. After 2 nights of a 3 night stay We found bedbugs in the bed and had bites all over body. Left immediately and management gave us a refund of only our 3rd night since we left early. Hopefully the owners will spend a little money to dispose of all the beds and have the place treated for the health and safety of their guests 🙏
Probable bed bug bites!!! Stayed here two nights for work. I thought it was quiet and I slept well. There is NO breakfast, unlike what the internet description says. At first the room was freezing cold even after I turned up the thermostat. Eventually I asked the front desk why my room was so cold, she showed me that I had to turn on the window A/C unit and set it to "heat". Even then it took forever to get the room warm. Also the heating light in the bathroom doesn't seem to do anything so pretty much it was always cold in there. Overall the place is very ugly, the hallway smells like cigarettes, and the fridge keeps making noise all the time, and I saw people walking outside that… well, gave me the creeps a bit. But the worst part came the evening of the day that I left the motel. I was already back at my house and I noticed this big red itchy bump on my neck, and 3 more bumps on my chest - these were the most accessible areas where a bug could bite me, and after taking pictures of the bumps, they seem to match the symptoms and the appearance of what I could find online (just my layperson opinion). I have tried to call the motel to let them know but the number I found online does not ring at all.
some stains but everythings clean, feels clean, smells clean. everything works, wifi's slow but consistant, staff is friendly. Exellent price to value ratio, the rooms are small and nothing special but the bed is COMFY, its not soft exactly but its not hard either. the minifridge is BIG, its not a microfridge like a lot of hotels ive been in. the bed is sized perfectly for humans, plenty of lighting, nice aetetic too, not just beige walls or anything theres a touch of color.
We have stayed here in the past but it has changed ownership for the worse.||||Horrible smell. The room had a stench of years worth of cigarettes and beer. We used a entire bottle of heavy duty Febreeze every single day just to make it tolerable. Every item that was in the room had to be washed and aired when we got home.||||The AC was basically non existent. The room was hot when we checked in and took 18 hours to cool to comfortable. Yes... 18 hours. That first night was miserable. We hung a 'do not disturb' sign and left the AC running on full... the second night we slept in comfort.||||Toilet doesn't work well and tub drains slowly.||||Railroad track are directly behind the motel.||||On the good side, the room has a dorm size fridge/freezer and that was nice.||||(Sorry no pics this review. Too stressed to remember to take them.)
From the reviews I was expecting much worse. What we got was a very clean comfortable room. Must have been recently renovated with a large screen tv. Thought the price was about $20 too high compared to similar motels in the area with no breakfast. Room had frig, microwave, and hair dryer. I was there when the hallways were being vacuumed and that was what gave the building a slightly funky smell. Not too many outlets so you may want to bring a power strip if you have electronics to charge.
This place was a hidden gem, and we would highly recommend it!! We are foodies, so we ordered several things >>>> garlic bread sticks with marinara, pepperoni and sausage pizza, stinging honey garlic sauce wings, and the Rib Dinner!!! Nothing disap
