I have lived here since 2019 and I have to say, this is one of the best communities I’ve lived in. The office staff is personable, caring, professional and will always go above and beyond. Any maintenance requests have always been resolved right away. The maintenance team is great, they do the job right the first time. The grounds are well maintained. I have nothing negative to say about them! If you’re looking for a home, I highly recommend them! They will make you feel welcome!

Today I had the pleasure to visit Valrico Station apartments in Valrico Florida. I met Jennifer Reeves the leasing specialist. She was very professional and assertive to the questions that I asked her in regarding to the community. She gave me a phenomenal tour of the entire community in and outside. This community reminded me of my former apartment community in Austell, Georgia. The amenities to each of the homes are beautiful. The community is family oriented the people are pleasantly nice. I enjoyed the time I spent in this community. I have to give this community a 5 star. I was impressed with everything that Valrico Station represents.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here at valrico station. I lived there for 2 years and it was smooth. Of course a few things broke but the maintenance team fixed everything in a timely manner. I always felt safe and welcomed. Safety was a big thing and it was always quiet and safe. They also have good amenities and have food trucks on fridays. Debbie is truly the best. She always was friendly and had my back. Thank you valrico station for allowing my first apartment experience to be a great memory. Now into a house!!!

I've been here 4 years now and at one time I would have given it 5 stars, however right now I'm being generous by giving it 3 stars. Here's one of the changes they've done that cost them at least one star, and that's with paying my rent. When I first moved here you could pay your rent online using Rent Cafe, and as long as you paid using your checking account (ACH debit) there was no extra charge, plus Rent Cafe's amount matched what the amount was on your monthly statement. Now for whatever reason (I would imagine it had to do with a money-saving option or kickback of some kind for Valrico Station) they switched to Zego which charges you a fee no matter what method you use to pay. And on top of that, Zego's amount owed is always more than what it says on your monthly statement. Valrico Station management says they'll take care of it but 3 months later after reporting the discrepancy to them, it hasn't changed. Maintenance is, well I'll put it this way. I was told 4 or 5 months ago I needed my floor replaced. They took pictures of it and said ("Oh your floor needs to be replaced. We'll get that started") but I haven't heard from them about it since. I pay a monthly fee for pest control yet I've only had my apartment sprayed one time in 4 years. Their fix for the a/c freon leak is just to recharge it every month. At one time they used to vet renters to keep the bad apples out of this community. Now I'm not saying anyone in particular here is a bad apple but I'm sure they no longer vet renters like they once did. I wanted to leave this place this year but unfortunately due to the high cost of moving, I was forced to sign another year's lease. I promise you no matter how much it will cost me to move next year in June I'll be out of here.

We been living here for about a year and we just renewed our lease! The complex itself it’s super cute and clean. Management is great every time (which is rare) we have an issue they fix it right away! Definitely recommend living here ◡̈

We loved living at Valrico Station! All of the office staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents need. They also communicate with the residents’ and keep them up to date about everything. The amenities are well-kept, and the grounds are very clean and pest-free. The maintenance staff is also awesome!! They know everyone by name and are always quick to respond to maintenance requests. Shout out to Damaso and Carlos! We would love to move back as we only moved due to finances at the time. It’s a perfect complex! Thank you!

Keniel and Debbie deserved 👏 a raise such a great team together. They were very patient with me helping my mother with her move in process the both of them go above and beyond for there residents example my mother was having trouble getting into her mail box Keniel figured out the problem and hand delivered her mail to her 😊 so sweet . To the owners if you are reading the reviews please give them a raise I have seen with my owns eyes how hard they work under pressure and still handle everyone's needs with professionalism. *Four ratings bc I did not sign a lease so this is only grading off a tour and 30 mins of visiting the community. This gated community is very pretty. They are under construction in parts…(the package room to come) my tour guide was Lydia and she did phenomenal! The apartments were 1 bed rooms on the “cozy side” the mode was nice and 3rd floor felt larger for the vaulted ceilings The community is off a main road (pro) however the con is when leaving I had to wait for a cluster of cars to pass.
