Valley View Motel - Motel in Tooele - 585 Canyon Rd, USA

I wish I could put zero! My father stayed here, & it's absolutely terrible and disgusting. I don't like leaving reviews , but I do think this place is somewhere you need to know before spending money .it's not somewhere that I would take my children! This is my opinion... It's a very scary and creepy place 😳!! Not clean! Maybe to their standards. I also love how no one has ever stayed here before!! Like people don't do it in a wife or husband's name so on... or no one goes visit people who live/stay there. Come on now Because they can't find their name doesn't mean they didn't stay there! I think owners and management.Who argue with people are NOT professional AT ALL!!! Usually, businesses Will apologize or talk professional.. This person LOVES to argue with everything! & is very RUDE about it at that! If you don't have the money I guess it's an semi okay place to go to , but I would try and put my money somewhere else first. Absolutely!!! It's definitely a place where you would want to stay on your toes, and watch out for safety of yourself and any guest who may come and visit! I mean this whole heartedly with all due respect, I'm sure it's hard to keep up with this place. I'm sure ALOT of the people who come A LOT of them are drug users, or just plain scary!! Im happy I got my family out of there!!! My opinion...I would Think twice before coming there ,if you want to feel safe & Clean. Hopefully, they start to change things and get more professional 😁

Me and my family was very happy with the manager her name is Julie, she was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the maid was nice also.

I'm gonna give it top notch ratings not just for the place , but all the things we take for grant it , the little things. First time I stayed back in "08" well we want go there, cause the point is the work , the people are what makes your stay either enjoyable or not!!....So 5 stars for the entire team Julie has there now. One night I stayed, not much, but the moment I called for the reservation. It felt like I just dialed and said I coming home......that my friends you don't get at most places even with your rewards card lol!

One of the best places ive been. Loved the kitchenette with full fridge and stove and the great low price. Its really quiet and relaxing we are staying a week and im so glad we choose this place over any others and on top of all that the lady at the office is really really nice. Five stars for sure:)

I would suggest to anyone NOT to rent here. This place should be torn down and rebuilt. Room was not as expected. We stayed here a few weeks ago for one night. Couldn't go for weeks here. Nope. Trust the reviews. And go to a different motel or hotel. It'll be worth the extra bucks too. If the owner replies we won't answer. The way she answers shows what kind of owner she is.

There was no hot water for my friends. It is mice infested, bed bug infested theres black mold, when anyone reports it to the manager she screams and tells every person they brought it to her hotel.. I don't understand how it's up to code on anything. If this Place was insured then it wouldn't pass inspection.. It hasn't been reported to the health department because if it were this Place would be condemned.. Just honestly speaking for anyone looking for a room . And this goes out to the lady with the " MUSTACHe" first of all I Have Two Homes, one in Tooele, and One In Rush Valley, Second. The University Of Purdue. Is were I get my Education. Online of Course. It's the fifth in the world. And I love it. I'm studying Criminal LAW. And three other majors, so I can be an Attorney at Law, and I'm going after scum like you julie. And I have slot more surprises, and better things to be doing then typing to you, I can't believe you let those poor tenants go without water, and heat last winter, shame on you. You should feel bad. But you don't, so go shave that thing off your lip, or wax is good..... 😂

We were told the rooms with the kitchenettes didn't have hot water by fellow workers so we reserved one that didn't have a kitchenette. But they gave us a room with one anyway. After calling twice and being told they would check it out. Nothing was done to fix it. The excuse was that everyone took showers at the same time and they ran out. The facts were no matter what time of day you checked there was no hot water. And no AC. The people next took there headboard outside and left it there we were told it was to try to get the bugs to leave it. ick!

Manager and staff were always very friendly and professional. All of my needs were always met. Also the prices were more reasonable than any other place. I would most definitely stay again.
