Dr Kaitlyn is new to this clinic but has been practicing for years. Dr Tom is currently still helping out. Both of these vets listen to pet owners and test and diagnose at a cost effective rate. Love them both and will be a client for as long as I am in the area!

I totally love this place and the vet. It is a true caring, only as needed treatments, and straight forward. I used to have 4 dogs I would bring, then I only had my ESA dog from a divorce and split of the pack. My Jolene passed away from cancer a month ago. Now, I rescued a new dog who could easily be my new ESA dog. When I come to start her chart she will be ready to meet the staff. Thank you all

They are quick and easy going and take very good care of my furry family members. Glad to have them in our community.

Be advised this clinic may have been open 10+ years BUT THE VET IS NEW. She has been there maybe 2yrs. Have not gotten back to me to authorize the urinary control food my cats need after I called twice to request it. If you're to lazy to follow up the least you could do is send me my cats records so I can have a reliable vet authorize the food. If my cats develop urinary issues do to you failing to follow up, rest assured that I will be coming after the clinic to cover the medical care since you don't care about animal health and are being incompetent. Especially after reading other reviews of you turning long time patients away and their pets dying in pain. Sad & shameful behavior by any standards of care.

I am new to Rushford and my kitty Snickers was sick. We saw Dr. Kaitlin Marg, DVM and she was wonderful with my little girl. Kaitlin checked her over and gave us some meds for the problem. Four days later and Snickers is doing much better. Dr. Kaitlin even called me this morning to see how she was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaitlin!

I am sorry if your kitty or dog died in the middle of the night. But you don’t get to blame 1 person because you couldn’t get them seen in the middle of the night. How do you know that the doctor wasn’t out on a farm trying to save a calf or a cow or another animal that contributes economic value to the area? A lot of the vets in our rural area are out most of the night. Do you go to your job in the middle of the night to help anyone having an emergency? I’d guess not. So give it rest and try not to ruin someone because they couldn’t save your pooch.

Valley Vet Clinic is Rushford is my (& Jax's) favorite vet clinic in the area..Tom is such a great veterinarian who keeps Jax current on his required vaccinations & answers all the questions I have concerning Jax..thank u Valley Vet & staff

They are amazing! We have taken our dog there for 8 years ever since she was a puppy. They always take wonderful care of her, no matter if it's a regular visit or an emergency. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
