Valley of the Sun Mobile Home & RV Park 55+ - RV park in Marana - 13377 N Sandario Rd, USA

This is a 55+ plus park that is very quiet and centrally located in Marana. The pull-thru spaces have no patio but cost more than the back-in spaces with patios. Most of the spaces are close together with very little shade. There is no discount for weekly rates vs. daily rates. This park has raised its rates a lot in the last two years.

Clean and neat. The staff seems nice. Need a better WI-FI system. Hard to log on with Firestick. Safe place to stay. Clean pool and hot tub area. Nice room at clubhouse for events and residents.

This is a rv resort. Very clean , they have a beautiful pool and hot tub, pool table, and card tables. The laundry room is very clean and the washers and dryers work very well. Game room with lots of books. The only downfall was how close the RVs are.

This is a great park with awesome knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend staying here!

We have been very pleased with Valley of the Sun RV Park. All of the employees have been wonderful to work with and all of the guests that we have met have been great as well We appreciate how they pick up, fill and deliver propane tanks to your door! They have worked with us for the dates because we are buying a house and it has changed twice. They keep the place very clean. There are regular fun activities at the club house and a nice pool and hot tub. There is a great breakfast/lunch place (Bisbee Breakfast Club), a good pizza place (R&R Express), and a good Mexican restaurant nearby. We highly recommend Valley of the Sun for convenience, cleanliness, service and nice guests! Thank you all!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff were kind and accommodating. The facilities are lovely, it's quiet and safe. I'm working as a traveling RN, and this is the nicest campground I've been to. Easy access to I-10. The office ladies are the best. I hope I can come back again to the Tucson area next winter. If you stay here, you won't regret it!!

We spent 3 months in this nice RV park in Marana AZ. Full of return snow birds. We'll be back for 5 months this fall -winter. Fellow campers were very friendly and welcoming. Fun activities including Bunco, bingo and a St. Patrick's bicycle parade. Some sites are tight but everyone has a concrete pad. It's a combination of park models/single, double wide mobile homes and full time RV's. But the place is immaculate and doesn't have a trailer park feel.
