The owners try to keep up with the remodeling of the rooms.
The place is decent but I had a bad stay because I got tricked by a trick there and I lost everything. Now I'm stuck with this nasty new girlfriend. She set me up and then told on me immediately. I can't stand her. She's hideous. Idk what I was thinking or how this happened.
Have 5 month old baby they gave me a room that smelled like pee and it was infested with roaches u have to ask for towels toilet paper and u have to clean ur own room... Don't stay in the rooms with the kitchens they have boards holding the sinks rugs are nasty maid don't clean everyday
Less expensive than the other of Atwater's 2 hotels. Family friendly. They allow pets. Cons are the rooms could be maintained/repaired better. None of the usual complimentary items. Motel 6 in Merced, about 7miles south, is $70 cheaper per week and also allows pets.
It was a bad place, didn’t love it at all the only thing good was air conditioner.... the manager is straight up rude and acts like he owns you.....the wife is to moody and judgmental and complains alot......place is full of roaches and bed bugs...
Not a bad place to stay even though its not perfect. The people who run it are super friendly and its super quiet here day and night. Its a nkve family run motel. For a quick sleep or a week or two it works.
Just a place to hide and rest. The price is too high. At least the shower worked. Only one towel. Come on.
Norman Bates would pull up stakes and drive past this place so fast. Do NOT stay here. It was dirty and in shambles with broken furniture and a couple rooms with broken windows.

Awesome Pizza's you bake at home. Especially love the White Sauce Pizza's!! Call ahead with your order & ask how long!! It can be anywhere from 15-50 minutes. 50 is rare, unless a couple people B4 u ordered 5-8 Pizza's ea. ð±
Love this place been going to it since I was a teenager. And when I became an adult. I got to use the lounge in. It's back there for 21 and over. So go check it out one evening have a meal and later have a drink. It's also kid-friendly to.
It's always been my favorite place to eat ice cream. I also love their banana, strawberry smoothies! I recommend going there during the summer time! You won't be disappointed!
