My heart is overjoyed. This is the second time I went to valley king properties. I had a pretty sizable concern with being able to rent an apartment. Well Ashley is a rep from valley king and her professionalism and her experience has paved the way for myself and many renters to have a hope when the odds are against you. Having Ashley as your guide makes what is difficult a less stressful and smooth transition.. I want to tell you this was my second time using her and on both occasions the very first one she sent me too., I was approved. If your back is against the wall go to valley King in Tempe and give Ashley a try.She means business and she is not happy until each person's rental is secured. Where do I start? I have had to move twice in the last 12 months due to owners selling. I was referred to Valley Kings by a friend. I went in that Saturday with no real expectations, but Adrianne happened to be there and assisted me. I still did not think much but she explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make this apartment locating easy for me. She narrowed down exactly what I wanted and I ended up just where I'm supposed to be. She followed through, checked up on me because I was stressing and every time I called her she answered. Adrianne I can't thank you enough because I had no more energy and you were my Angel. Adrianne was amazing, I flew in early on a 3 day weekend to find an apartment before starting my new job this week. Adrianne came with me to look at several apartments for 2 days in a row. She even helped me fill out the application for the one that I wanted since I didn't have a computer with me on my trip. I got the apartment and I'm living in it now thanks to her.
