HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NO DESIRE TO HELP, NON-PERSONABLE!!!
The front desk is extremely rude and non-personable. I was confirming that we were getting the most affordable room and they went on a rant literally raising their voice and screaming at me how they would charge $100 more at this other place and $200 more at another… he said he was “tired of answering these stupid questions” (I had only asked the one time).
It’s not like I was asking for an extra discount, they just weren’t hearing me out, again I was just confirming if we were getting the most affordable room THEY had available and I was extremely shocked and offended that I was being yelled at about a simple question.
Save your time and energy and just book elsewhere, honestly.
The only good thing about this place was it was easy on the wallet and was the only vacancy I could find!!!! If I could give this zero stars I would!!!
Pros—internet worked, ac blew cold
Cons—it’s a dump! It’s run down, smells of mold and cigarettes. The shower/sink had holes and cracks in it, the shampoo/soap containers were broken, found hair everywhere in shower on my sheets, definitely wasn’t cleaned well, I even found a cockroach 🪳. The tv sound goes in and out (my neighbor said his tv had the same issues).
You have to pay an additional $50 as a deposit even though I paid in full online before I arrived.
The lady owner in the lobby is extremely rude. I asked to exchange 2 dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could get a soda from their machine outside the lobby and she screamed at me. My neighbor states that she asked the lady at the lobby counter for a towel as they only had one in their room and was yelled at.
Pay the extra money or drive further to find a better place to stay!
Positive: easy access to the parking lot and very affordable. Negative: the cracks under the door are too big, i woke up and my daugher had a beetle by her head on the pillow. the stains in the bathtub, the floor wasn't swept in the bathroom during housekeeping or mopped. The handle to the shower came off also. Negative: ""
Positive: Two good restaurants next-door and Starbucks across the street. Not near any freeway or highway so relatively quiet. Negative: Every hotel is the same. And it's putting lipstick on a pig. Looks great in photos and even driving up was impressive but soon realized why it was two star. Furniture in the room beat up with no attempt to repair. Shower curtain not even attached. Negative: ""
Positive: It was pretty quiet during the evening. Negative: There no closets just an empty space, there was burn holes in the curtain, there were big huge gaps on the door where you could see through the light where duct tape was taped all over looked like it was holding the door on. Worst hotel experience… Manger and god wife are extremely rude. She told me ‘you can’t come to the window to ask for anything. We have a life, you can’t bother us’ you life is living here at the hotel running a business. Why would you be so rude to people who pay over 120 a night at your business. Extremely unprofessional.. also was roaches in room and mold in handicap shower. They need to be reported to health inspector.
This is a decent place room was clean it was quite area, unfortunately the woman that work behind the desk after having paid for four night stay I requested a roll of toilet paper at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday and apparently that was too early I was yelled at by the staff person which I found to be very unprofessional and very rude and obnoxious at 1:00 that afternoon I was still waiting for toilet paper I was yelled at and told to wait until the cleaning crew came in and asked them for it personally I think the latest the bitter old woman that was never taught to be respectful we're at least nice and polite to their clientele and I myself will never stay at this place again
The night attendant was very nice and helped me with parking concerns. Checked me in quickly.
Had no idea how great this place was until I signed up for personal training with Gabe. The equipment is clean, the staff is very professional and makes the overall environment fun and comfortable! The owners are great and I love that this is such
