Owner accused me of poking her in the side some weeks ago and that I was always rude. First time I met her was today. Never saw nor spoke to her in my life. They lost my credit card and immediately asked me to check everywhere which I did. Also this was the first time a waitress handed back my bill and said make sure your credit card was in there. The credit card always protudes out of top of folder so easy to tell if card is there without opening folder. Owner said check your pockets, and I did. I said waitress should check her pockets. She turned that into I was accusing waitress of stealing, which I was not. Maybe waitress put in pocket inadvertently. My two friends were sitting at table and never saw a card in folder. Then she says we will call my friend if the card shows up, as though it were his card not mine. But how stupid would I be if I waited to cancel my card and wait for someone to find it and use it. But the service is always poor there but the food is pretty good. I don't believe the waitress stole my card but the restaurant staff mishandled it. So I go on my vacation without a credit card. Thanks for the rudeness you showed me at your restaurant. Don't worry, won't be back.

I took a chance and ordered the steak vasuvio and it was kind of oily for my taste but everyone else said they enjoyed their food. It was really busy so service was kind of slow due to being overwhelmed. There was a comedy show down the street so I'm assuming the large crowd was headed that way after eating.

EVERYTHING took awhile: taking the order, ESPECIALLY bringing the main meal, and then the CHECK! Never once was there an apology on the delay. Soups/salads were brought before the appetizer and for one person in our party, the soup was presented with the meal and the server would not admit that wasn't the correct order of bringing the food. Honestly, a simple "sorry this took awhile" and I would not be writing this review. BTW, our party found some of the food to be good and others did not eat much due to the taste and the disgust with how S L O W everything took.

It's like walking into an old friend's house. You immediately feel at home. I had the chicken Marengo. Prepar to bring a quitter box home with you. You get so much food for your money. Let me know what you think if.you happen to visit. Don't forget to say hello too Dennis and all of his family.

It's a simple place, a bar with food. But the Ham and Cheese I had, a long with the Salisbury Steak my wife had were stellar! The young blonde waitress was super nice. This is one of those semi hidden gems off the beaten path with the best food. Home cooking. I can't wait to try the fried chicken!

Favorite restaurant. My husband and I go at least once a week. Food is fresh, delicious and bountiful. I particularly like the walleye special on weekends. Valley Inn never disappoints.

I haven't been here for about 10 years, other than getting carry out Fried chicken....by the way was outstanding!!! Any way, my dear friend and I had decided to go to dinner....we both had the Strip Steak.....OMG!! It was cooked perfect medium rare and the side totally compliment that amazing steak. I've been to Morton's, Walkers and quite a few other steak house's.... I'll choose Valley Inn before them anytime. The best part, it's a stone's throw away... I feel so fortunate! ❤️

This place has the best chicken! It's a small restaurant with a quaint atmosphere. You do have to reserve a table on chicken night. Yes, that's how good it is. And they have a big bar. I'm not a drinker but the bartender seem really friendly
