On 6/21/2024 I was visiting with friends in Reynolds, GA and needed someone to stay for overnight. Looked for hotels close to me and this location appeared. I was visiting from Atlanta, GA. This is a clean and comfortable budget hotel. The owner/manager was very accommodating. The rooms can stand a bit of an upgrade, but overall, I liked it. Good location in the center of town.

I would of stayed at the quality Inn but the reviews were terrible so I stayed here. This is a old hotel and it showed inside and out. The television was 15 years old with a bad picture. The Internet was free if you are able to connect which I was not able. The tub and shower was stained so it looked dirty. Was told that when using shower hot was cold and cold was hot. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning fan in my room never turned off unless I turned it off. The carpet could us a good shampooing. No non smoking rooms there were cigarette burns everywhere.the man at the front desk was nice. I was going to Bluebird Bus so this was a easy 10 min walk.lots of places to eat within walking distance. Would I stay here again if the reviews for quality stay the same yes I would.
I had reserved a room for an event one night, but an emergency came up and I was unable to actually stay in this hotel. The next day, I get a phone call from the manager of the hotel calling me and saying “you missed your reservation and I lost money because of you and goes on a rude rant about missing a 1 day reservation for 1 room.” When I asked to speak to the boss or higher up the manager basically replied “no and I will take care of your complaint.” Overall very bizarre and unprofessional.
I stayed at this place for 3 nights. On the 3rd night I seen 5 roaches one trying to get in my suitcase and the others crawling on the walls that I had to kill. So I waited til morning too go the office to let them know about the issue. I was very nice about the situation in should of been upset but I wasn't. What upset me was when I let the older man (TheOwner) know about the situation he yelled at me in told me that's he's aware of the situation in it's not his fault. So I replied don't be rude I was just letting you know about this problem so It wouldn't get worse. They are very rude and roach infested in I'm never going back.
We actually checked out after one night and ended up checking in again the same day, so we were in two different rooms for the duration of our stay. For the price, it's a decent room. Very quiet, and the staff was very nice.
Owner is nice and easy going. Very helpful. The rooms are what you can expect givin the age of the place. He's actually remodeling some.
The motel was okay but it was quite close to a busy highway. Clean room. Old-style outlets so I hope that you have a three-prong adapter. Flat-screen tv. Wifi signal was basically non-existent. No breakfast but there was a BK to the North and a McDs across the highway.
What a great store that we totally found by accident. We were going to Savannah Georgia from FDR state park and it was on the way. Of course they have pecans, ice cream and a ton of other stuff. I highly recommend you stop there as we did They are al
