Valley Hotel - Motel in Rosemead - 8711 Valley Blvd, USA

This place was absolutely disgusting. The place smelled and had no ac. Mind you, I only made it into the office. Went there for work, and the room was already paid for in advance from my company, and the front clerk asked me how I was going to pay. So I contacted my boss and they said that a card was on file but the clerk said no, we don't do that here. Absolutely disgusting. They had tenants who pissed his pants standing in the office the entire time and did nothing for him when he went to make a complaint.

Nice family place and great prices if you are in a budget. Good people here.

We had to book this hotel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. What can I say! Positives- good, safe location, near many amenities, easily accessible from the highway, comfy clean beds, no any bugs. Negatives- very dirty- I don’t think the room had been cleaned properly in years. The grime in the bathroom was terrible. The carpets had not been properly vacuumed in months. Whoever cleans their rooms probably just changes the beds and towels. Sad really. That place has such potential to be really good. Unfortunately my daughter was not well and we couldn’t move to a different hotel, otherwise we would have been out straight away. If you just want a quick nights sleep and aren’t fussy, it’s fine otherwise avoid..

very safe and clean.. Gorgeous hotel with comfortable beds and wonderful food on property. The employees are extremely friendly and very helpful.

The lady name Lily with short hair only gave me my $25 dollar deposit and I gave her $610 the hotel for the whole week was $575 and she only gave me $25 she was supposed to give me $30. So she probably took advantage of my looks and age. I will never come back here. And besides the room where I was staying had roaches and falling apart. Will call the inspection. 🧐

I hesitated after reading some of the reviews posted, but I am glad I persisted. The staff are polite and caring. Independently owned and operated. The hotel is being renovated by the owners. New dual pane windows are now in all of the rooms. My room was freshly painted ( I could smell the paint ). Big room with lots of counter space. Good AC / Heat. Great WIFI. Bathroom was all new. And a working refrigerator! I would recommend that you take advantage of these great rates. Also nice to park just feet from your door.

People are very nice but they do need to clean the rooms better. Especially the smoking rooms. Not really a place to have children in. No roaches so thats 👍

Oh me oh my, what a nice stay we had here. Ok the lobby is kinda small, but the room was nothing to complain about. Like any smaller motel establishment u can park right outside your room for maximum convenience. Close to alot of asian food. Very happy with the in room amenities, coffee anyone? Housekeepers were on the dot with cleaning. Thank u for making our stay enjoyable. Cheers.
