Great location. Owner was helpful and friendly. Rooms do need an update which wasn't a big deal. However, the beds were hard as a rock. Thankfully the shower was nice and hot with great pressure (like a mini massage!). Water stains on ceiling and bathroom door. They do have a mini fridge and a microwave now (interesting set up). TV was decent too. Like others have said, it needs a bit of TLC otherwise clean and a good price. Also, could NOT hear the highway or neighbors. That was a bonus.
Giving this motel a 5 star review because it delivered on exactly what was advertised. I needed a quick cheap place on a whim and found this motel to be the only one in this price range that was clean and in a safe area. The design of the rooms is quite dated but I knew that when I booked. Carpet, bed, bathroom, and wood surfaces were all cleaned well. Great place if you need a cheap yet clean room on a short time notice.
Just a little TLC and this place could be a gem. Great location. Needs some paint and a little love. Mattress was like sleeping on a stone slab, pillows were some kind of mushy lump, carpet was a bit nasty. Place was clean, shower was hot, road noise not bad, room a decent size with good light and the price was fine.
The only thing good about this place was that it was clean. Super small for $70. No fridge. Either extremely hot or extremely cold. Tub backed up. And don't get me started on the bed. It hurt so bad. I probably would have slept better on the floor. Tossed and turned all night. The rock hard bed is not comfortable. Beware.
Daisy was super helpful! I didn't get out of work until after the time they closed their office but she stayed late to make sure that I was able to get a room for the night. I was truly grateful for that! The staff seems really friendly as well, the rooms aren't as fancy as all the other hotels but it's still a good place to stay. The customer service is the best!
My lady friend and I spent the night there on 07/02/2015 and we had room #4. For $65.00 per night, you can't find anything nicer or better for the price. The walls were a nice wood paneling which gave the room a warm homey feeling. The carpeting was clean as were the beds & linens. Highlight on the carpeting. When walking on this carpet, the bottom of your bare feet were clean, not like some other motels I've been in where you walk on the carpet & your feet are dirty!. The queen sized bed though firm, was just right. The bathroom was spotless and brightly lit. The shower was also nice and big enough for two. All the fixtures in the bathroom looked new. I didn't see one bug. Even though the motel rooms face Rt. 202 and was very close to the highway, you couldn't hardly hear any traffic except for the occasional semi going by. A/C worked great & was quiet. The motel is owned by Indians and the office had the scent of curry in the air. The owner was very nice & accommodating. They do know how to take care of their overnighters. Check out is at 11:00am.
Great location... Very close to Valley Forge. Reasonable price... Modest room. No fridge or microwave, just a TV and a shower. Very clean rooms and extremely friendly staff... Easy check in. No hassles over my online booking. The only downside for me was that the bed was a bit too hard for my taste and no breakfast. But, for a night's stay? Not bad at all.
I needed a room to refresh, rest and not be hassled by noise. I slept like a rock the next morning. I didn't checkout at the latest 11am, probably 7am for that important career interview and brunch meeting in Chesterbrook. Nailed it thanks to a restful night after jet lag. Recommended 6 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
