Food was excellent. We got a western omelet and a breakfast wrap. Really good. Felt like we went back in time to a small town diner. We will be going back.
I stopped coming here a few years ago when the service and food had gone down hill. I gave it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The service was very good. The remodeling was great. The quality of food and selection have all improved.
I used to come here all the time, but over the past few years, it's gone way downhill. I understand that everywhere is short staffed, but when we came in the morning, they seemed like they had more than enough employees working. Our server took our order quickly, but we waited for almost an hour for our food. And we didn't get that much food at all. When we got our food, the eggs were overcooked, and the food was barely warm. I tried to give this place a chance again, but maybe I need to wait a few more years for them to straighten out everything again before I come back.
Expect to spend 1 hour of your day. Doesn't matter if they are busy or not. Everytime we go there it's an hour. The eggs are small... for what they charge for one egg, you can buy a dozen large eggs. The food tastes good, and the waitresses are nice.
The waitress named Liz took our order today she wrote everything like we asked the manger named Amber was very rude and doesn't know how to handle a customer service complaint she always has a attitude towards the customers and the employees she is very disrespectful towards customers and employees we had a party of 4 and I ordered big country with a harvest waffle eggs over easy ham hash browns with cheese and white toast and I ended up getting a harvest waffle eggs scrambled bacon hash browns without cheese another party ordered a cheese omelette with home fries and white toast which came out fine and another order which was messed up was weekday special with eggs scrambled hash browns (not well done) bacon and wheat toast and she got eggs scrambled hash browns well done white toast bacon not done at all and lastly but not least order was weekday special eggs scrambled well done burnt hash browns well done burnt white toast bacon well done and she got eggs that were scrambled and runny, hash browns not cooked, wheat bread not toasted the kitchen staff needs to learn or understand how to read and understand and comprehend English language and the manager named Amber needs to go for disrespecting employees and customers and talking about customers which we heard from our table Liz and the other waitresses do a good job but the management at Butler location needs a lot of work!! The picture of the food is what came out after 4th time being taken back which isn't the waitresses fault it's the cook and the cook was the rude manager named Amber and the last time Liz took the plate back we heard her say some not very nice things and just threw the eggs on the cool side of the grill instead of the hot side and we asked the waitress to take the breakfast off and the manger had another attitude but took it off I would want a follow up about this thanks and we come in a lot and to be treated like this is bad
Best Reuben I have had anywhere in a long time! Service was great. Wait time for food was minimal.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but oh my gosh. Food was not bad. Waitress was nice but just forgot to order 2 items we ordered. No refills. She was young though. When what appeared to be the manager brought our food, he didn't bring my ranch. I told him he forgot it and his response was( yeah. Well .. if you don't mind me asking, what did u want to use it for? Before I bring it? )I responded (umm, my food). I can not get over this. It was the rudest, most unprofessional way to treat a guest. In no way was that ok. He is not the condiments police. There were a few tables full, other wise I would have let him know just how unexceptable it was. We will NEVER go back there again.
Price is reasonable compared to EnP, portions are more than enough, food is always served hot, servers are always friendly and pleasant.

Went for a Sunday morning breakfast around 10. It was starting to get busy but not crazy. The waitress was kind and very friendly. The food was hot off the griddle and straight to our table. Bullseye with a side of bacon in the picture
