Great size room. AC works when it is hot. The bed sheets and pillows are old looking but don't smell horrible. For the price and privacy I had. Very please with my stay. Going to be back in April

I wish I could give this ZERO stars worse customer service. I was trying to switch days. The 1-800 numbers won’t take my call, they just hang up on me. The hotel turns me down saying all they do is check people in and out. They couldn’t work something out for me. The 1-800 number only has 3 options and there’s no option to talk to a representative. Also the Hotel receptionist and manager all they así was “go somewhere else”

got in late fri nite, easy check in. nxt day left to get breakfast come bk and someone was in our rooms, turned of our ac units and mini fridge with food and meds tht need to be refrigerated!!! Highly upsetting to knw the owner came in our rooms to snoop around and some of our items missing!! when we confronted him he acted like he didnt knw wat we were talking bout!!!! no Privacy!!!!!

Run for the hills! I honestly do not know how this place is still in business and am in disbelief that third parties even assist with thier bookings. Everything is falsely advertised! I assisted my elderly parents in booking a room and just because my mom had stayed here a few years prior (which i did not know) and asked the person assisting her if they still had cockroaches, he got so offended and told them to leave and that he was not going to give them a room and did not refund our money back either after having paid $600 through a third-party site. I completely get that there are policys and it stated non-refundable, but this is just WRONG!!! All over a simple question! Normally i read reviews and make them myself, and this time I went off of the star rating from another site and boy do i kick myself in the butt for not reading further into it. Serves me better for the next time. OH and they do still have roaches, my parents drove by a couple days later and the white exterminator truck was outside, good luck ridding those.

DO NOT stay here! The pictures listed are deceiving. I booked this room through a major booking site that I use often. I needed a quick room that was inexpensive. When I arrived and tried to enter the lobby, the gentleman pointed me to a window. It was a drive-up window. I have never booked a place that has a drive-thru window. I drove around the property and saw boards had been nailed to the bottom of some of the doors. The pool had been drained and was being used to store old chairs and furniture. I immediately told the gentleman in the window that I didn't feel safe. He said, "Then cancel the room." Of course, when the booking company called to cancel, this place refused to refund my money. This place is unsavory and definitely not a place anyone would want to stay. When I asked if he was the owner, he said I didn't need that information. STAY AWAY!

There is no MICROWAVE even it was advertise in the pic. The room we booked is NOT the same. Deceitful motel. The lady is DISRESPECTFUL. They are overprice for a deceitful motel. No one answers your phone call nor give you a wifi password.

Roach infested, bad customer service, don’t follow their own policy place! Do not rent here!!! They offer you a room for rent under false advertisement and then kick you out after you call them out on it and keep your money! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra cash to stay at a better place and stay away from all hotel/motels on bus. 83 they all have roaches!!

Good place to stay. Affordable prices and excellent price/value ratio. I have been several times in this motel. This is my favorite motel in Weslaco. Location is excellent if you want to go to Nuevo Progreso in Mexico. Quiet and clean place.
