Delicious, flavorful and always fresh! Our favorite dishes are the Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Marsala. They are so accommodating too. I prefer to substitute vegetables instead of pasta with the Eggplant. The veggies vary and are always amazing! We also love the fresh salad with tasty house dressing. Valentino's has an elegant atmosphere and cozy booths that are perfect for date night. They also have done a fantastic job at accommodating larger groups when we've brought family and friends. Highly recommend!

If you haven’t been to Valentino’s you need to go. We finally checked it out. SO GOOD! Top notch customer service and you can tell everything is made from scratch. Wow. The special is ravioli. I can’t make a decision so I had the waitress pick. She did 2 kinds with some amazing sauce. House salad with fantastic dressing. Can’t wait to go back. I can’t believe how good Nikki was with my indecisiveness 😁. She nailed it.

Absolutely loved this place. I came twice in recent years. The servers are very friendly. The food is amazing. The bread after ordering is divine and the servers don’t give you a limited amount. Even you ask them for more, they’ll bring them fresh out of the oven, which pairs well with saucier pastas. I live an hour away, but when I’m close enough to the area, I always try to convince who I’m with to come up. I recommend going out of your way if it is because it is worth it.

Chicken was good and hot. Mashed potatoes were cold and the asparagus was way over cooked. My wife's salmon was good, but a bit dry.

The restaurant was clean, well lit, and pleasant. The food was pretty good, but they sneek peas in EVERYTHING - not very conducive to pasta. All their dishes were also a little too sweet for me, no acid to cut it or spicy to compliment it. Service was slow, took them over an hour to serve our two pasta dishes. I am not likely to return and I am not sure I would recommend it.

I love Valentino's! Great food, with huge portions! No folks, these people don't skimp, your entrée is generous, and you will be taking some home. It's worth your time to take a little trip to enjoy this classy little restaurant in Lake Orion. And if you're into meatballs, don't pass on the meatball appetizer they're the best!

Valentino’s is an amazing restaurant. The best service and food hands-down. From when you walk in, the cute hostess greets you sweetly. Diane, our server, was making us laugh throughout our dinner. She also patiently helped each six of us decide what we should get as our entrees. I couldn’t help myself and ate two pieces of the starter bread. It was warm, soft, and so good. My family ordered meatballs, calamari, Italian sausage, and the beef tips as our appetizers. I got the palomino ravioli and got to choose to do half butternut squash and half cheese. Couldn’t decide between the two, so I’m glad that they had that option! My family is quite picky. Hearing them all say that they loved every single dish was impressive, to say the least. The 3 milk cake is a dream, as well as the tiramisu and gluten-free chocolate cake. I’d have to say that this is my all time favorite restaurant! I live 45 minutes away and the food/service was well worth the drive. Will be coming again very soon! If you want great dinner and service, try Valentino’s.

Five stars all around! We had Jodie as our server. She was great! She was very attentive. She was so good at filling my glass of water that I felt bad she kept having to come back. We got the calamari, which was amazing and wasn't rubbery like some other places. My boyfriend said the meatball appetizer was yummy. I loved the clam chowder soup. It's the best I've had since I visited Boston. Whatever room we had left over, we filled with the lasagna and the chicken parm. Both also delicious. I highly recommend going if anyone is in the Lake Orion area.
