Valencia Motel & Efficiencies - Motel in Laurel - 10131 Washington Blvd N, USA

This location served my wife and I well, arrived after 10pm. Staff took care of our needs and we had a room in minutes. Room was clean including bathroom. When we left I asked where we could buy some ice since we still had aways to go. Manger said come with me and gave us a large amount of ice that lasted to New Hampshire, I would stay again if I'm in the area next trip

This place is horrible! staffs are very rude and they do not know how to behave with their customers to grow the business well. I am so surprised to tell you all that, staffs forced my BF to leave the room even though he was going to pay for the next day of his stay by paying seventy bucks as their demand. They did not accept it and forced him to leave the room right away. My BF came from NYC to stay for some days and spend good time with me. The guy who forced him to leave was a African short guy who does not have a bit of respect for young people. I do not understand why they will kick their customer out in terms of good business and earn more money! I am sure they are jealous of young good looking people who have good life with their partners during the trip from one place to another. I could call the police for his behavior but my bf stopped me. Please do not go to this place, I am doubt of their behavior. They can harm anyone the way they screamed, banged, on the door, and behave with their customers. I do not know who is the owner of this motel, she or he needs to pay close attention to his/her employees. Otherwise, they will lose customers! in-fact, they are losing already and have lost many previously. Some Indian people work in this motel as well and they seemed good. However, I am pretty sure this place will keep your peace out. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DESTROY YOUR TRIP. On top of that, room is dirty, bathroom sink is clogged, beds are uneven broken, charging $70 bucks as every other good motels.

They wanted to kick us out by force so it could be cleaned. I didn't even spend the night. My partner just wanted to provide a quiet space for me while I was ill. He paid for one night even though we stayed for a few hours. The staff kept banging on the window and walls demanding we step out so that they could clean the place. The rudeness was so awful my partner paid and we left.

DISGUSTING! NASTY! OLD! The ceiling looked like it was going to cave in, the walls were nasty and very dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them, I was scared to even put my things on the floor. Bathroom was usable but nasty. The curtains didnt even close all the way so i had to use a hair clip to close it. Don't waste any money on this dump. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the guy at the front desk was friendly.

I found this place in one of those coupon books and the price was was lower than any other place around there PERIOD. The room was small along with the bath, but at the cost I could live with it. There were no amenities, but the air and TV worked along with all the lights. and it was bug-free. I was far away from the router so I don't know how good the WiFi was.

To be honest, I probably wouldn't have gone to this motel. However, the Internet around Washington is "fluky" at tines and I'd lost both contract with TripAdvisor and my GPS signal. It was late, I was tired and the motel I was looking for was not to be found.||||My first thought was "oh my god." After dropping off our suitcases, my wife and I went to find a CVS to get flea and bug spray which we used liberally. The room was small, but I can live with that. What I couldn't was the poor maintenance. I thought there was no closet, but then I realized that the rectangular depression in one wall, with two, mutually opposed, holes was intended to be the closet and at one time had boasted a rod between the holes. The "closet" was lit, but I wish it hadn't been, because of the collection of "things", (dead, I hope) inside the light. The refrigerator wouldn't close and the TV had no remote. However, the crowning glory was the toilet which was attached to the incoming feed line by something that might have been created by Rube Goldburg.||||However, after an hour or so in the room, I discovered that it was remarkably clean as were the sheets. I don't know what's going on but I give someone credit.
