(Please know this was my experience for today. The food was delicious service just could have been better) This was my first time eating at this restaurant. And I must say the food was delicious however the service not so much. It seems to be very unorganized, and slow service. I ordered the Malibu bowl with no chicken. However I was wrong up with a totally different bowl and when I inquired per the manager it doesn’t matter it’s all the same price. Fair enough. I was on my 30min lunch break so I was in a rush, I began eating my food and noticed there were green onion mixed in the avocado kale (I’m highly allergic) this isn’t advertised. I then take the bowl back, no one seems to help so after a few cash out I step in to tell them the issue. I give the food back to the manager they sit the bag on the floor. The manager tells the young lady to remake the food with the lemon kale salad (very delicious) I forget the receipt is incorrect after I hand it to her to remake the he bowl so needless to say not only did I spend over $12 for a bowl I could not eat I ended up with a bowl of that only contained lemon kale and sweet potato as a replacement. I do not eat meat so I had to remove the buffalo chicken that was added to the bowl. I’m disappointed in the service and feel like I wasted my money.
Went there for a poke bowl and it was not great at all. They don’t have many options not even the basics for a poke bowl (shrimp, sauces …) and it was real expensive ($16). The rice was cold and the bowl just didn’t have any flavors. If you are used to eating real poke bowls, I do not recommend this location at all.
I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients used in every dish. The flavors were exquisite, and it was evident that the chefs put a lot of thought into the combinations. I ordered a small bowl with a lemon garlic kale base, buffalo cauliflower, feta, turkey feta meatballs, and avocado Caesar dressing. It was really yummy and considering the quality of the ingredients, reasonably priced. The lady who made my bowl was really nice. The green tea was a tad weaker than I would prefer and was very expensive but still yummy. Try this place. It's got a nice vibe.
My first time here and it was amazing. Great flavor and portion size. Price was fair for portion! Coming back again soon!
The customer service I was giving was A1. The staff was very helpful and patient with me because I could not figure out what to pick and they gave me some options. Ngl the food was sitting a while before I walked in but it was still flavorful. I would definitely recommend
