Vagabond Inn - Glendale - Hotel in Glendale - 120 W Colorado St, USA

I emailed the motel to address our concerns but haven’t heard anything. We didn’t have a chance to address the issues while we were there. ||We vacation in Southern California 2-3 times a year. First time staying at vagabond Glendale.||The pros are the location- 20 minutes drive from Universal Studios, across the street from 2 malls, restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood.|Having tea in the lobby was a nice touch.|The cons:|Roof noise- We were woken up at 6:40a to construction worker on the rooftop. Not exactly how we wanted to wake up on vacation. We weren’t told construction was going on and had specifically requested a quiet room.|The website advertised wifi and large TV with HBO. The room has neither. Website still advertises this. This is a huge inconvenience with teens. As the hotel hands you a piece of paper informing you that there’s no wifi or tv, it must have been unavailable for awhile.|Parking policy is $10/day yet there is plenty of space- never full and no valet so not sure what we’re paying for.|Also, only a microwave in the lobby. Most motels do provide microwaves.||The problem was not so much the motel itself but they advertise something different so the customer have different expectations of what they are getting. There are many options in the area so not sure we would choose this one again.

Best value in Glendale, CA. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. The rooms are quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Parking is in front of your door. It is located at a one-minute walk to the AMERICANA shopping center. Next door is Foxy's restaurant for an excellent breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everything is within a one-minute walk.

Motel agréable et très bien situé. Dommage pas de wifi durant notre séjour en novembre (10 jours) et aucune réduction pour autant. Le parking lui était bien à 10$ par jour. Dommage.

Needed a place to stay coming from Bay area for a concert in Pasadena. Rate is good, hardwood floors, very comfortable bed. Useful to have late night noodles or sandwiches available. WIFI and TV not working, but not an issue for us, waived $10 parking.

Save your money and book soemwhere else. Stayed 3 nights. There was no tv, no wifi at all, no telephone in the room. The hot water barely gets warm , really enjoyed my cold shower all 3 nights. The room was definitely not clean, black stains on the wall, And trash from previous guests still in my room.

Stayed 3 nights here and I can you it's very clean with the hard flooring and I also saw the cleaning lady mop the floor and sprayed soap as I was walking passed another room. It is in a very great location with a mall and tons of restaurants close by. Also has a pool but the water is pretty cold as it is not heated.

This is a motel type of stay. The rooms are very small and tight. If you open a suite case, there is not enough space to use the table and chairs. Car parking fee is $10 per night that is not mentioned during booking. Also not mentioned is room cleaning is only done on the 3rd night. The room keys did not work correctly and we had to reprogram them several times, still only one key would work, mine or my wife’s, but not both. For the nightly rate expected a bit more. However the location is good. Close to good restaurants, shops and Arts Square.

This hotel was great, our room was very big, but we only had a king size bed, not two beds which might be a tighter fit. Very clean, great neighborhood and very safe. My only issue was we kept being told the wifi was being fixed and it never was, so no tv or wifi the whole stay.
