This is our second time staying here, and both times were perfect. Host is absolutely accommodating, and helped us carry our bags, brought fresh towels, and everything was quiet. Our new son didn't bother anyone in the house either, so privacy and sound pollution is not a worry. Will definitely book again soon!!

I booked 2 nights here, the hosts are friendly, but the place is not really clean. The shower and the bathroom faucet were filthy. There was a weird black dust in the sheets of my bed. There are also a lot of stray cats around the house because the hosts feed them so the cats are quite loud when they fight at night. One of them was actually inside the house on the second night, there was a strong smell of cat urine at the door of my room, not really pleasant. I know its only 40$ a night so it will do the job if you have no other choice but i wont recommand it

We stayed here this past spring. We had a great time at this quiet, relaxing scenic place. Qwners were great and very pleasant. We are down from N,Y, and glad we found this spot. We plan on going back this spring, maybe for a longer time. Great beach access.

Mark and John were very communicative and welcoming. They waited for us to check in very late (12:30am). The appartment is modest but well organized. We had a small fridge in the bedroom. It was silent at night, and there is a fan in the room so we were not hot at night. I would stay here again any time.

A lovely rustic home with beachy appeal the hosts John and mark were so pleasant and very quick to help with anything I needed. Fast and efficient communication. John met me at my car right when I arrived and opened my door for me and introduced himself. Would definitely stay there again.

The guys renting the room seam to be talkative and nice. The place was fairly quiet and clean. They definitely need to upgrade the bed. If the bed would have been more comfortable, we would have spent some more time.

Wow! After reading the reviews and then the responses from the “host”, I would not recommend staying here. They just seem rude in all their responses. In my experience, if there was a complaint, the host would try anything to resolve the issue. This is not the case for this location. How scary! Maybe be nicer?

You have to share a bathroom with everyone else in the house and the bathroom is on the other side of the house! There is little to no privacy because the doors into the room are acoustically transparent and have glass panes in them that they cover with a towel. It is impossible to have a private conversation even with the doors closed at anything other than a whisper into your partner's here because you can also hear anything going on in the kitchen as well. I asked politely at 10pm if they could turn the lights in the kitchen off because they shown right into the room. They told me I had an attitude when I had no attitude whatsoever and used no foul language nor did I make any smart aleck comments, that just asked that they could turn off the light. One of the two inhabitants took a seated position right next to the door into the room ( eavesdropping?) and read a book even though there were plenty of other places he could have read the book. The bathroom is disgusting! There is mold all over the grout and you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper! At a quarter to 11 we finally decided we had had enough and gathered our belongings and left! They were very rude and it was my experience and feeling that they are hetero phobic. It seems that they thought I was a female named Terry and that we were a lesbian couple. It was obvious from when we first got there that we were not very welcome.
