Let me start with the employees all very nice wanting to help. Our room was very nice that's the good. Outside area I understand hurricane damage. There was no room service we had to go to the counter for new towels and toilet paper. The restaurant has closed have to go to 7-11 for coffee, the luau is not there anymore hadn't been for a while,dehumidifier in our room we emptied it 5 times in 2 days kinda annoying at 2 am when it's full and an alarm goes off. We have been coming here since 2003 has been in different states of disrepair since and oh ya book on 2nd party website I booked directly with Hawaiian inns site I paid 179 a night looking at other sites this was about 100 more and for 179 a night there are a lot of other hotels that are way nicer. Most likely our last time coming here
This was absolutely the best Hawaiian show I have ever seen!! The show was beautiful, funny, breathtaking and I was left speechless! The whole show was very well choreographed and on cue. The Hawaiian men and women of the show were just beautiful! Also the entry into the restaurant was very welcoming. It has a great buffet, and don't forget your picture! Much 💕 to them all!
