First time coming here after a day at Mountain Creek, and it was a very good experience. The atmosphere when you walk in an inviting with great front desk aura. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we got our table, but that was no issue, and the front desk kept us noticed with roughly how long left.
They have quite a variety of dishes to choose from, from meats to veggies to others. A big "create your sauce" station, red bean, and coconut soup and an ice cream station for dessert.
The staff was very attentive and brought us exactly what we ordered, which is nice compared to other AYCE hotpot places where they would forget some dishes. Overall, we had a great experience and keeping this place as out go-to in the area.
Love coming here with friends and family. They can accommodate large and small groups except they don't take reservations. If you have a large group, I recommend getting there before 5:30. The wait times when they're busy can be anywhere between 15-45 minutes. I've gotten both hot pot and kbbq. The food is fresh and so good. For dessert they have the coconut soup and a self serve ice cream container with 6-8 different flavors.
Had bbq only, the grill had some of the easiest controls I've seen amongst kbbq placed and they provided a bottle of oil which really helped. Sauce bar was fine and the ice cream at the end was a nice touch. The way they season their meat felt different and I enjoyed the pepper steak and curry chicken as some different flavors.
I dined in with family. It was a great experience and the food was delicious. I ordered hot pot for the first time, but my heart is still with the bbq more! Please get the lychee lemonade, you won’t regret it!! Aside from that, I only wish the bathrooms were in better shape.
First time at this place and the atmosphere was amazing. 🤯🤯 They had a really nice service and my food arrived really quickly. 🥺🥺🥺 The food was exquisite and none of them tasted bland. 😗😗😗 They were also really fresh too. 😤😤👍👍👍👍 This place is definitely worth the time and money. 👍👍 💰 💰 Lastly, they had dessert and they were cool. 😎😎😤👌👍👍👍👍👍
10/10
Great food irrespective if you choose Hot pot or Korean BBQ or a combination. Cuts of meat are fresh and more than adequate each time they replenish what you need. Dined here several times have had a consistently good experience.
Decent tasting hot pot. However if you are not familiar with how the ordering works make sure you bring a guide as the wait staff are not terribly helpful at explaining how to order or make recommended portion sizes. Disappointing.
Also, really gross: there is a self serve ice cream station that requires patrons to individually lean over the freezer and reach in to the 5 gallon ice cream drum to scoop their own serving; no gloves or sneeze guards in use. The health department should really look into this practice.
Also disappointing they don't serve alcohol; there is a grocery store across the parking lot. It wasn't clear from the description this location is BYOB.
Lastly, the hot plates our table were not terribly user friendly and a couple didn't work.
Unless you really love their particular hot pot you may want to skip this location.
Great place for hungry bellies! If you are really hungry but can satisfy your hunger in periodic moments--that is because you have to cook your food, then this is the place to go. Fresh veggies, all-you-can eat meat, fresh seafood and a huge array of choices are yours for the eating.
We went there at 5:00pm to skip the long dinner line and we got seated fast.
What we got: All You Can Eat Hot Pot ($32+) and All You Can Eat BBQ ($32+)
We ordered seafood and meats for grilling - the shaved beef selection is amazing. All the proteins are cleanly prepared I must say.
Hot Pot Soup is too large for me, so I may not order it next time. The soup fills my belly too fast!
I just feel like because of the long lines, the waiters are in a hurried pace. It was our first time so I felt like we were rushed in ordering loL! But our waitress was nice so she took the time to explain - so my suggestion is that you let them know that it is your first time and you are absolutely clueless about the menu. :-)
They have a huge condiments and ice cream bar. It would be nice if there is a sign that explains the condiments and which meat/veggie they pair up well with. So I suggest you also do your own research or get as many as you can and try which best suits your dish.
Lastly, the price - I think because you are basically cooking your own food, think of what you really want to eat and order them to your heart's content. All You Can Eat is a game of strategy so plan ahead which food/proteins you will order and how you will consume it.
My plan next time is to order more seafood/meats (those that are pricey and I don't get to eat often) and skip the soup.
I am not sure if this is true, but I understand there is an implied two-hour dining window provided to customers. So it'll be good to check this with your server. And if you are going as a group, make sure everyone arrives on time.
They also let you bring your own wine by the way! :)
Overall this place is an gastronomic adventure, so plan ahead and enjoy!
Got lots of good stores but the parking lot is a little bit weird the way how it's laid out otherwise it's good and there's a Chick-fil-A and a Chipotle there too
We were greeted by their friendly staff and the sounding of the gong ð¶!!
A group of family and friends were in Parsippany, NJ for the weekend and decided to try Sakura for dinner on Friday night. We were excited we did. It was a wonderful experie
