Uxbridge Dog Park - Featured Reviews (117)
Well maintained dog park with 2 separate fenced in areas for small (under 30lb) and large dogs. Both sides have a water fountain and sand pit. Lots of grass with a cement path and a shaded area with benches. Usually fairly busy - even at 6am I'm never there alone. Which is good since you're taking your dog to a dog park to socialize. Just be aware this usually isn't a quiet area to train your dog off leash without distractions. A nice bonus is this area has some of the best views you can get in the region, all without any hiking.
Absolutely the best doggie park I've ever been too!! There are 2 sections, 1 for little dogs (max 30lbs) which I think is fantastic and then there is the large dog are. They provide poop bags, a water bubbler for the pups, benches, a sand box, a shaded area, lots or space for the pups to run and play, plus a paved area that goes around the play area for pup parents to walk if they want ... 8 laps = 1 mile 😊
This is a very nice dog park. The people I have met there are very attentive to their dogs. They watch their dogs and are respectful to other dog owners and to their pets. It's a very clean and well taken care of dog park. It's actually divided into two dog parks. One for small dogs- 30 pounds and under, and another park for large dogs. My dog is 22 pounds and I appreciate having a separate area for small dogs. I love large dogs as well, but some small young dogs are sometimes intimidated by big dogs, so they can't enjoy the freedom of a nice big enclosed space and the freedom that the dogs can experience in such an environment. It's a joy to see my dog run and play with other dogs getting a great workout and having so much fun. The park has a paved walk around the inside of each side where humans can also get some exercise, usually with their dogs following along with them. There are also benches in each park where dog owners can relax while watching their pet having a good time. I wish the park was open year round as my dog also loves running and playing in the snow. I don't have a fenced in yard, and he wouldn't be able to run free without a resource like Uxbridge Dog Park.
A large space for dogs to run around and play with each other off-leash. There's two different areas, one for dogs under 30 lbs and one for large dogs. Both areas have a doggy bubbler which is pretty cool but they're currently off due to COVID-19. Both areas are large with walking paths, benches, a sand pit, and protection from the sun. Our dog has had a ton of fun here and it's been great to meet other dogs and their owners as well. The view is really nice as well and the whole area has a peaceful feel to it. If your dogs loves people and other dogs, or if you're trying to socialize your puppy, I would definitely give it a try!
Great dog park! 2 large, fenced in areas. One's for larger dogs & one for little ones. Nicely kept, with water a bubbler for the dogs.
Great layouts in both sections with the walking path features, well established lawns and sand pit with large rocks to climb, benches and water supply (in season). Porta John (very clean)
Great dog park; one fenced side for small dogs, one side for larger dogs. Dogs can run and play, has fresh water, clean and great view. Need to pick up poop after your dog and dispose in trash cans available. Can get crowded, so please watch your dog! Lots of people chatting instead of paying attention. Closed in winter.
Pulled up for our first time to a very nicely constructed dog park, shade sails for the dogs to get out of the sun, sand pit, water spigots for the dogs, grass, nice walk trail...witnessed about 5 different owners in a 10 minute span just stare and watch their dog use the bathroom then proceed to not pick it up (mind you the park provides bags and has plenty of trash cans). This park was filled with dog **** everywhere you stepped. Great park with entitled and lazy dog owners. We'll head elsewhere next time.
A great place to walk and enjoy the views. In the fall, the colors are beautiful, but the summer can be buggy. Lots of people walk dogs here, and they provide poop bag and disposal stations at several locations. Water for your dogs too near their en
