Listened to my problem and had a great solution made sure I understood what was happening and i was okay with what they were doing before they started, saved me tons of stress and time. So glad I came here

I was having issues with the ram on my computer. Went it to ask what to do, they were super helpful and knowledgeable. They let me know what I should do within 5 minutes of walking through the door, it helped to have the laptop with me. They didn’t do the service for me, just let me know what I needed to do. Which was enough for me.
