I can only imagine what the service is like at this business. I sat for thirty minutes trying to explain to one of the representatives what I needed. She had no understanding of what I was asking, and kept telling me the same thing over and over. She was telling the that a technician would help me remotely, when my issue had to do with hard drives that had to physically be brought into a shop. I needed data transfer from the hard drives to another drive. It needed to be hard wire connected to perform this task, and she kept telling me that a technician would assist me by phone. When I finally asked her why I couldn't bring the drives in (we're in the same city), she then stated that they didn't actually have a physical shop. Twenty minutes of conversation, and all she had to do was tell me that fact and we could have ended the conversation there. Pure frustration.

Use my System Mechanic to protect and keep things running smoothly. Had issue with the password manager on Foxfire and tec support resolved it. They are experts and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

This company is obnoxious. Never trust a company where you can't manage your account preferences yourself. Want to cancel autopay? You will have to give them a call. Don't worry, they will try and sell to you instead of honoring the request. Then they take way too long to complete the cancel... makes me wonder if it's so people will drop the call/chat thinking it's been done and then they don't actually follow through. My experience is that this company lacks integrity and should definitely not be trusted for security.

My computer was victum of a scam. US Tech took care of the scam and restored full operation really fast. Everything is running fine now.. I will continue to rely on them completely.

The Tech Support Service from US Tech Support have been shockingly bad. Literally EVERYTIME I call they tell me someone will call me back within 2 hours and that never happens. It take over 24 hours if I even get a call back at all. The first service they provided the tech screwed up my laptop so bad that I had to get my laptop completely wiped clean. I asked for my money back and their response a week later through email was that it had been over 30 days since I purchased the service. One time I called the guy who answered their support line pretended he was going to help me with my issue, but not before he tried to sell me their products and services like 5 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! I kept telling him NO and yet he continued to try and sell me other products!!! UNREAL! Please don’t waste your time and money on this service!!
