Easy check-in, location is fantastic-just a few blocks from BMO stadium, coliseum, etc. Hotel staff was helpful. Pool area is nice and wasn't overcrowded. Wish room service was open later on nights when there are concerts/events nearby. |Need to upgrade the windows to help with the traffic and street noise.
Located in a decent area with ample parking and convenient nearby amenities, this hotel offers a promising location for travelers. However, my stay was slightly marred by the room’s temperature, as the air conditioning seemed ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm even after adjustments. Despite this setback, the surroundings were pleasant, and the hotel’s accessibility and nearby dining options made up for the minor inconvenience. Overall, a suitable choice for those prioritizing location and convenience over climate control comfort.
My wife, I, and another couple arrived on a Sunday to see the Foo Fighter's. Check in was easy with pleasant staff. Great location for attending an event at the nearby stadiums. Parking was a breeze. My only complaint would be no on site bar or dining was open on Sunday, but there are places nearby so it's not that big of a deal.
We stayed there in early August for an event nearby. We checked a number of local hotels and narrowed it down to the USC hotel.. it was clean, centrally located and reasonably priced..
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request.
In particular, I must give a special shout-out to Faheemah at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warm welcome, helpful recommendations, and genuine care for guests truly set her apart. Faheemah’s dedication to providing top-notch service made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast definitely worth a try despite being quite expensive if you’re not very hungry and shame there isn’t a general menu to choose from. That said, there’s a Starbucks close by. Would definitely come back.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. Especially the USC robes! So soft and nice. I would stay here anytime I am in the Los Angeles area.
Really not great. Check in is at 3. I was at the counter at 2:58 and the front desk said I was too early (as I watched other get their keys and check in). I was told my room wasn't ready yet. He said maybe 10 or fifteen more minutes. I spend the next 15 minutes waiting for him checking if other rooms are ready, but none were. He said try back at 4. I did and was told they needed just another 10 or 15 minutes. So, I waited over 30 minutes this time. I got back up to the front desk about 4:50 and was told... You guessed it, they need another 10-15 minutes. I finally asked to just put me in another room, even tho I had paid for the top tier room, we just needed to get ready for our event. My wife hurt her foot so, getting around in the morning was tough for her and I requested a late check out, which I was denied because they were at full occupancy. So, making me wait two hours to check in is absolutely fine, but making someone else wait for this cheaper room is out of the question. Makes sense. The front desk did comp our parking for one of our cars and gave us breakfast vouchers (which we couldn't use because we had other plans for food). Someone also gave me a couple bandaids for my wife, so that was kind, however, overall, just a pretty negative experience. I would personally not book a room here again.
Positive: The receptionist was amazing. Her customer service skills are above and beyond. Negative: The step up in the shower there should really be a sign on the outside that says watch your step not inside
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and spacious and the bedding was incredibly comfy! Loved the free coffee & pastries each morning. If you have a car, the secure parking is so worth it & made us fee
I love the environment at FBBCHLP! Everyone there is very supportive towards one another throughout the workouts and challenges. Iâve learned so much about my nutrition, mental health and physical strength. I would definitely recommend this place t
I was amazed by the authentic Japanese cuisine at UKA, and being Japanese myself, I believe this restaurant truly captures the essence of our culinary heritage. The chefs' attention to detail brought out flavors that transcended mere appearance, leav

I can't speak more highly of this amazing establishment. My friends and I came hungry and were treated to some of the most authentic and delicious plant-based / cruelty-free dishes. I ordered a little assortment and each one became my favorite!

Valentina and Helen are absolutely wonderful trainers. They always go out of their way to help everybody out: always giving adjustments to improve posture and performance. I always book a session when one of them is there. They also play great music.
My time at this gym has been nothing short of exceptional! I recently hit my 1 year anniversary and am proud to be a member of CrossFit Echo Park. At first I was hesitant about joining CrossFit in general due to thinking it was just a bunch of rugged
