That guy that lives there, that work in the office be changing the rates ,one day is 69,then 79,now 89 dollars,and u get nothing, the soap they give u is hard the shampoo is all dry up in its original packaging, no coffee, no tea ,like I said nothing and then check out time is at 10 am,one minute pass that they keep the deposit..there .its better, nicer and cheaper in the Clarion,a great breakfast ,hot tub, swimming pool, laundry room ,HBO,health center,great rooms,nice people and for 80 bucks. All the great restaurants are there. Be smart....that guy blames the owner but its him that makes up the rate so he can pocket some for himself..

For the price, the place is right. I am extended staying until I can move into my house, and it is a decent roof over our heads. Management is very very friendly, very welcoming. It is convenient access to everything and if ever in a homeless situation again, I would return. Only reason I gave a 4 is the pungent cigarette odor, the drawers weren't cleaned (still contained food and trash from previous guests) and the loud guests upstairs (they are active aaaaall day/night looooong). Everything else has been wonderful thus far.

If I could give these B's over a hundred negative stars I would. They have no business sense whatsoever. They can't even update the rooms. Never use a debit/ credit card there. You will never see your money if you want a refund. Worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I moved here from AZ. They don't have common sense or any business running a business. You would be better off sleeping in your car or at a park. Ignorant, incompetent, untrustworthy, etc. They make dumb people look smart

The price is OUTRAGEOUS for the quality of the room. The staff is very rude & dishonest. I had checked in & when I examined the room and how filthy it was I checked out and asked them for a refund . They kept denying me a refund and I was literally only in the room for about 15 minutes. Then I threatened to leave a bad review on google and they switched up real quick. They "refunded my money" but it's been almost a week & a half and I still haven't seen that money back in my account. In conclusion, they were VERY rude & unprofessional. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The NEW innkeepers are extraordinarily "user friendly," rooms are larger than usual, quiet - but will tend to noisemakers tactfully and quickly if necessary - and come with more fully functioning "stuff" than most higher-priced lodgings I've been glad to leave after just one night. Guests are safe, comfortable, and won't have to worry about "pests" of any kind. I would and have recommended USA to several people, especially if location is important. Much like most folks' homes...

They aren't direct with rules and regulations and do not refund all of your money. For it to be so ran down inside they should be a little more leaning... They can def use a different shower curtain and carpet. Need an electrician too. Got a microwave but can't even use it because it blows the switch every time. You have to wait for it to pop back on for it to turn back on and the ac unit does what it wants

I am an in service disabled veteran that relies on a service dog for mobility aid and other tasks. In the 5 years that I have had a service dog I never once had any problems with a business breaking the ADA Federal rules about service animals until I came to this dump. I was refused a room and the staff was so abrasive and rude that they would not even look at the paperwork I had on hand to show that I am compliant with the law. The staff was rude, the place was lacking in basic maintenance and they are not following Federal law. They should not be able to wave that American flag on their sign when they are turning away in service disabled vets who are supposed to be protected from people like this based on Federal law.

Good motel but they highly over charge for there really outdated rooms. Be careful not to get make up or any drink beverage on towels or sheets!!!! The women who owns the motel will charge you for each towel each sheet even if they are previously stained prior to you checking in. She will make sure you replace it! If you fail to replace it she and her husband will make you leave!! You will not get no refund on your room. I mean its a easy discreet motel to get real fast if that's what you are needing. No deposit required just room money and id. But I just be careful the owners are looking for there next dollar every second so just be aware if u come here you u will be paying like u would for a updated nice hotel and this is a really outdated motel.
