Usa Inn Fort Riley - Hotel in Junction City - 1001 E 6th St, USA

No toilet paper, no towels, the ac didn't work. Went to ask for a refund and it took them 15 minutes to come to the front desk so then she told me no to a refund. Not even a latch on the door to keep it shut. The back door didn't even close all the way and had a board to keep it shut. Had booked it through Expedia and when Expedia tried to help with just a room change they hung up on them. A very overall horrible and disgusting place. Would not recommend.

The owners hospitality make this an amazing stay. You can see that are working on this older property to maintain it and I applaud their efforts to restore it. It had everything I needed and more. What makes this stay a great place is the personal service that they provide and the affordable pricing for a long term ABnB rental! It’s very close to several restaurants, Starbucks, and a Super Walmart.

Room was absolutely terrible. Would've rather slept in my car no lie. Booked through Expedia, tried to change rooms and they told us come to the front desk.. waited 39 minutes ringing the bell, noone came. Expedia relocated me to Comfort Inn which is A1, saying they'd invoice USA INN for my room cost, and they're refusing to refund me even though we spent 20 minutes in the room. Sounds like Expedia will be dropping them as an option due to this. They even hung up on the Expedia relocation specialist lol. How professional right? Had no air conditioning. Rear sliding door had a 2" gap, and didn't lock. Had a board that was bed felt like a hospital bed..but worse. Smells badly as soon as you walk in. This building should be condemned!

Toilets filled with cigarettes and waste. No pillow on bed. Door and curtain broke. Maybe worst smell ever, like rotting skunk corpse. Tried to change rooms, but no ond available. Waited an hour ringing bell and calling. Hard to find due to i70 closures. Dont fall for price.

Receptionist had a "not my problem" attitude. Very direct with no interest in telling you what they have available at this facility. Hotel very rundown. Outside missing paint, doors propped open with rocks, windows have graffiti or left open from previous visitors. Inside interior dated, room had water damaged ceiling, damaged lamp shades and curtains, cable box did not work, bathroom had vent falling off wall and stains on bed sheets. If I would take any positive experience from our stay, I would say it was quite at night and the maintenance manager was prompt and very friendly when he fixed the cable issue.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would never recommend someone to ever stay here. The roaches/rats are horrible and not to mention the rude owner Amy at the front desk. The whole time we had to stay here the owner was harassing us always asking for money for fees that seemed to come out the blue all though we paid in advance for everything. The doors leading into the building half of them have to propped open to enter. The room we had didn’t have heat the bathtub always didn’t drain right and half the lights in the room don’t turn on. The bedding on the bed was just a flat sheet a lil foam pad thing and a thin blanket also the bed was ripped really bad. Simply put this place is the equivalent to that one run down house in the town your from that everyone assumes is definitely a crack house. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Hopefully the city of junction city will read this and come put a condemned sign on the door.

First, I'll say that they have good rates and were able to work with us a lot. We're staying for two weeks and they were able to get us the room for $27/night. Which is the only reason we're still here. |The whole place smells terrible. Like a musty old bar. The pool that they advertise as an amenity, and was a big selling point for us, isn't filled (and doesn't look like it will be anytime soon). Gym isn't open. The rooms are tolerable. Sheets smell clean. Duvet feels gross, so we tossed that off the bed real fast. The floors in the rooms need a major shampooing, like your feet get dirty just walking across them. The shower head is nice, but the overall shower seems like it needs a serious deep cleaning. Beds are tiny and not comfortable at all. Don't even bother looking at the pillows because under the case, they're all stained. (Thank God we brought our own). TV is nice. Has HDMI if you want to hook up your laptop or something. Air conditioner works well too. |We made a reservation for a family of 4, and they only gave us two towels. We asked for more, and they said the house keeper wasn't there and thy couldn't get any. So that's irritating. Outside side doors are only exits, so you have to walk all the way around anytime you come in, and they have signs saying they will kick you out with no refund if they catch you holding the door open. So running out to your car takes a full walk around the building. No supplied shower stuff, like little bottles of shampoo. Not that big of a deal, but it's nice to have it there if you forgot yours. (Which of corse I did so I had to run to Walmart, which is conveniently around the corner.)|| ||For the price, it's tolerable. Would I recommend it to anyone else? No. Unless you're desperate for a cheap place to stay for a long amount of time, go somewhere else.

Lady behind the desk was nice enough but there’s no way this place gets any stars. Place stinked as soon as I walked in the room I felt uneasy. Roaches were everywhere on the ceiling the floor bathroom even on the bed I had paid for multiple nights but I left and slept in my car. The next step is to report them to the better business bureau this place should not be open for business.
