USA Gundam always takes care of me and has a great selection of models. They are the main retailer I purchase all of my gunpla and hobby tools from and I have recommended them to several of my friends. I’m always concerned about items that I order, and when something takes longer than usual they always send an email to let me know they haven’t forgotten about me. Excellent company.

Awesome selection of kits, tools, and accessories. Prices are very reasonable and discount codes are distributed frequently to subscribers. Service has been excellent and the orders ship quickly and arrive in good condition. Their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. Quickly helped me fix my own mistake without any problems.

Twice I purchased and paid the prices for new products, but was sent damaged and opened items. When I contacted them I was ignored and was not even offered an apology. Not a great way to do business, I spent hundreds with them, but now they have lost a customer. Update: Now they ask for another email that they can just ignore. I am over this company. Weeks later after sending the email, not one word from this company. Be aware that this company no longer has any kind of customer service, and they will must take your money and run. Second Update. Here it is, months later and still not one word from them after several emails. This company clearly does not care about the customer and will just do what they want. If you are a serious collector, this company is definitely not a good choice. If you are just shopping, this is still not a good choice, as they ignore all communication when something is wrong.

Probably the best shop I've ever found for purchasing Gundam and Armored Core model kits. Just got the Master Grade RX-78-2 Gundam ver. 2.0 today..shipping box and the box for the model itself arrived in perfect condition, no missing parts on the model's runners, and overall, USAGS is a phenomenal place to shop..fast shipping, amazing selection, great prices, and they're awesome when it comes to getting in touch with you. Huge thanks to all of you amazing people there and a special shout out to Jareth who packed my order!! I'll definitely be ordering from you guys again.

Once a great storefront… Their new website design is a complete mess of incorrectly categorized items and 3rd party junk with no distinctions. Their service is just as messy as their website. Slow order fulfillment times (over a week to ship a single item), oversold preorders and rude customer service. If you want to cancel an order they will keep 5% of the payment and only refund 95%. Also, marking every item on your website as “on sale” is fictitious pricing.
