US Park - Parking lot in Romulus - 9601 Middlebelt Rd, USA

We waited for 40 minutes while shuttles filled up and then waited more while their machines at the check out went down. There were only 2 lanes open and no one explained what was going on. We called the phone number to see if there was an alternative way to pay, but the person was very rude and hung up on me. We are definitely investigating other parking services around Metro Airport.

We waited over 40 minutes and I called and was told that the shuttles are running continuously. We saw shuttles from Quik Park and airline parking coming continuously just not US Park. Will NOT use them any more considering I have been using them for 30 plus years. Here is the line and it is totally unsafe!!! Your response on 10/17/2023 neither acknowledged the problem nor provided any resolution!!

Waited 30 minutes for US Park to pick us up from the airport to take us back to the lot. The weather was so cold that we considered taking an Uber to the U.S. Park lot to get our car. I called the U.S. Park office to see if there was a bus on the way. The woman from US Park was so nasty to be and said there were 4 busses on the way and hung up on me. We decided to wait in the cold. It took 17 minutes for a bus to arrive. When we finally made it back to US park we noticed that lot was filled with unused shuttles. It was bad that we had to wait in the cold for so long because they weren’t running their shuttles but I was more upset that their staff was so nasty and disrespectful when I was just trying to ask if they had a shuttle inbound.

Competitive prices, especially with the online reservation discount, and a large lot. They always seem to have tons of shuttles running no matter the time of day. I've never had to wait very long after parking, or at the airport pickup on the way back. The slowest part is often the checkout when there is a large line, but not much can be done about that.

I have used U.S. Park previously and was happy with the service. I am unhappy with the service on Saturday, 12/2/2023. After heading the pickup area of the airport, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle but no shuttle arrived. I then called the office and was reassured that the shuttle was on the way. I waited another 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. This is frustrating as I saw shuttles for the other parking services arriving every 10 minutes. I'll use a different company next trip.

You need to have a talk with your staff, particularly the one working the gate out on Sunday, Jan 20 2024. She was snotty, condescending, and rude. She behaved incredibly put out that I hadn’t printed out a copy of my reservation (I remind you it’s 2024 and computers are a thing) and did not handle my phone carefully at all. I was not happy handing it to her when I could have relayed the information verbally, but she needs to have more respect for both your customers and their personal property. Also, if she is going to have such a garbage attitude about printing out the page, perhaps it should be clearly stated in the instructions? Or join us in 2024 and issue them iPads. At any rate, I’ll be parking somewhere else from now on.

Safe parking at a reasonable rate. Best of all, the shuttle runs like Greyhound. It's on time and always available, so just in case you are running late for your flight, the shuttle is on standby. Like literally waiting behind your car before you can turn your lights off. Definitely will be using again.

used this services in November 2023. They arrived within minute of getting out the car and wad on time to catch my flight. This service was excellent. I will recommend to anyone please use this company. Great for handicap person as well.
