I've been a customer at Urbane since 2019, and the experience has always been exceptional. Ashley and Becca are not only professional and friendly, but they also make you feel like part of their family. Over the years, I've enjoyed various services from both of them. Becca has worked wonders on my brows and lashes, making my eyes truly stand out, and Ashley's skilled injections have balanced my face and eased my insecurities. I really hate to do this because the girls here were so so nice and tried their best to make my lashes work but I’m just really unhappy with my results. My lashes are so over curled they are like circles that touch my eyelid. I got the Lash lift and tint and my one eye was gorgeous. At first the other was not bad I just needed them a little darker and my left eye was over curled. The owner was so sweet and asked me to come in and I really appreciated it but honestly my eyelashes were worse. One eye is dark and full and perfect and my other eye is curled sticking in every direction and up against my eyelid in a complete circle. I can’t even use mascara because it just gets everywhere. I have my graduation and prom coming up and I just spent 170+ dollars to try to look nice for them. Now I don’t know what I’m going to do

With all of the positive reviews this place had I thought it would be a good experience. Boy was I wrong!! The first appointment for micro blading was terrible. The technician didn’t introduce herself, she was very cold and seemed inexperienced. The technician was supposed to be advanced but had to ask someone else if it was okay that I took levothyroxine. She then had to go ask her another question she didn’t know the answer to. I left with uneven and sparse eyebrows. If the owner had not told the technician what color would be best to use I am sure it would have looked even worse. My eyebrows looked terrible. I paid $675 for this with a 20% tip. I should have learned my lesson but I went back for a lash lift. My lashes were over processed and it has taken 4 months for my lashes to be strong enough to hold 2-3 coats of mascara. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I started coming to urbane beauty for a classic lash set and recently I went in for a lash removal/lash lift. I was truly stunned with the results of the lash lift and it was all thanks to Becca!!! She encouraged me to try it out and I’m so glad that she did! I’m always super happy with my results with Becca :)

Ashley is incredibly talented!! I am very pleased with the microblading results! She explained everything that I needed to know before the procedure started. I felt really comfortable in her care. Afterwards I received detailed instructions for aftercare and we booked my six week retouch appointment. I was left with an infected abscess on my lip, permanent discoloration, and numbness. They refused to refund me for the botched procedure and medical bills. The owner (i assume) gives medication without prescriptions and gives false diagnoses she also suggested using the leftover filler that was already in the syringe for the next time. She told me my lips were swolen because of a bug bite. I had to go to the ER because my lip burst open and started leaking blood and pus.
