I moved out +3 months ago and I am still waiting for my security deposit. I email them everyday. They don't reply to me. They are absolutely not serious, not professional. Moreover, I had a mice infestation in my apartment and they didn't do anything to fix the issue.

The building has a new owner and management team. The previous management was very friendly and very helpful, however, the new personnel are still clueless and do not know how to get the simplest things done. It is very frustrating, but I am willing to submit a follow up review if they improve. BTW, the prior management actively solicited 5 star reviews from residents, and typically such reviews never mention any negative issues. Solicitations of 5 star reviews is a common practice of rental buildings in this area. You might get more accurate and reliable reports about any building by talking to current residents off the record.

I have a mice infestation in my apartment since July 2023. They absolutely doesn’t care about your problem. They are very responsive when you need to sign your lease, once you sign it…good luck with your problems ! Absolutely not a LUXURY, NICE and QUIET place to move in.

I do not recommend living here. The previous management was amazing. The building was purchased in late September and the new management is unprofessional and unhelpful! we have had a broken front door for two months where residents are unable to get in the building via the main door, and they still have yet to fix the issue! This has been brought up to them multple times!

Since the change in management the building has gone downhill. Amazon packages are left outside to be stolen, the elevators barely ever work and staff is overall nice but aren't very helpful with issues brought to them

I recently had the pleasure of moving into the Hanover North Cambridge Apartments, and I must say that it has exceeded all my expectations. The apartment's design is contemporary and aesthetically pleasing. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of elegance and sophistication. The amenities are truly impressive, from the well-equipped fitness center to the swimming pool and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas. It's extraordinary. The service I received from Lenny was exceptional from the moment I stepped foot into the building until I finalized my move. She and everyone on the management team are friendly and approachable. Thank you all, and I'm excited to be part of the community.

The building is not great, there are tons of issues with the units as some other reviewers have pointed out. Our unit has creaking floorboards, poor weather insulation and a very noisy ac unit that just turns on randomly throughout the day. The sound isolation from room to room basically doesn’t exist either. Amenities are decent but nothing that isn’t available anywhere else. Pool area fills up with residents or guests of residents and it is usually not possible on nice days to get any availability. Additionally good luck with getting any guests here! There is no guest parking here Don’t be fooled by the overly positive reviews that you see on here. The good things at this apartment stop with the people that work here, who are great and super helpful. Other than that, there isn’t much that this place has going for it.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of the Hanover North Cambridge building and I must say, this building rocks! Not only is the building itself beautiful and well-maintained, but it's also located right next to the T station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. During my tour, Uma was an absolute gem - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and she answered all of my questions about the building and its amenities. I left the tour feeling informed and excited about the prospect of living in such a wonderful community. Overall, I would highly recommend Hanover North Cambridge to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience in a fantastic location.

I recently attended an open house by a young lady named Stacie. Normally when I go to these things I honestly feel like it's a bit of a train wreck and I'm used to receiving the used car salesman approach. I'm very picky about where I live and I my d

It was not easy to find this museum, you have to look around for the sign upstairs. The museum itself is situated in the Science block of Harvard University. It is not big, just one room which is full with all kind of inventions from different times

Italian restaurant

One of the hardest Italian restaurant to book, so we just stopped in at 6. You can just see how much thought and effort the chefs put into creating and preparing those dishes. Also the portions are small, so you can try lots of different things.
