Great location for vegetarian and vegan burger options! Probably the most flavorful and creative of all Chattanooga. Also plenty of options for meat eaters and a very dull cocktail, bourbon, and whiskey menu. Street parking near location
Our lunch was good. Not great. But the drink was great and the server, hostess, bartender and cook were super sweet and hard working. Place was really clean. But my knife was filthy when I unwrapped it.
This was a pretty cool place with a super wide variety of hamburger options. So, if you are looking for an Ultra Custom burger this is your place. I tried The Steakhouse with Sweet Potato Fries and the Spicy Pickles for an appetizer and everything was really delicious. A really fun concept in an age of boring hamburgers.
Fantastic burger joint that delivers. We upgraded to the kobe for a small $$ and it was just great. The French onion soup was also a win; it reminded us of Paris. We also tried the potato chip nachos (4 thumbs up) and milkshakes for dessert. Top notch choice all the way around.
Great location and great service. Loved all the vegan and veggie options. Salads were also great. I swapped for a veggie patty on a mushroom Swiss burger and it was awesome. Will happily come back!
Hear ye, for I have attained flavor heaven. Verily, I have partaken of a taste celestial whilst consuming “The Italian” burger. The worth of victuals in this place doth transcend the coin given. The cheese, a marvel of quality, did grace the repast in grandeur. Twas fresher than all other establishments known. The fried salami, crafted to perfection, didst elevate the feast, and the vinegar-infused mayo complemented this amalgamation of flavors flawlessly. The burger itself, a paragon of excellence, bestowed upon mine palate a sensation most succulent and vast. Its juices flowed as rivers, and its size didst impress greatly. Verily, I declare this burger as the epitome of culinary mastery within an establishment's walls. I doth greatly recommend this divine eatery unto thee.
What a breathe of fresh air. We almost thought all was lost for quick dining in Chattanooga. Top shelf burger place right here. Started with smokin hot pimento cheese dip and kettle chips. After that I knew we were in for a treat. No issues about their burgers from anyone in my family. I had the gourmet bacon cheeseburger… built to perfection. Did I mention Waygu!! Highly impressed. Gouda creamed corn could’ve been better. You could tell the Mac & cheese was made with cheese sauce which was eeeehhh. The creamed spinach was the best side by far. All in all solid establishment. My first time in Chattanooga and probably my last honestly, but I’m glad I stopped here. Thanks for the experience!
Out of town review - looking for something different. I've had a hundred burgers in a hundred towns and this one memorable. Not the best - but definitely memorable. Server asked what temperature and they actually hit it. Server explained the burger (afraid of the celery mayo) and it was spot on and delicious (celery hater do not worry). Awesome service, cold beer and great burgers - I'll be back.
Food is always out of the park- amazing! They have salad options, sandwiches, chips, and desserts! They always offer a hot bar for lunches until 2:30 but throughout the day offer takeaway meals that are DELICIOUS. you can reheat them at your office j
1st time hearing of Firebox grill and eating here. We do not have this chain in my state. I must say the food is delicious! I had the chicken Philly and my daughter got the chicken teriyaki bowl. We would definitely eat here more if we had one at hom
