I was gifted a gift certificate (for a terrarium). I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and experience provided by the team. Cam is truly amazing. The experience was wonderful, and beyond expectations. The teams talent in offering practical advice for both the immediate creation of my terrarium and its long-term care are appreciated. Receiving this as a Christmas gift made the experience even more special. I wanted to add a mini bench that wasn't on hand. I'll always smile when I recall how Sam brought it all together with creativity and an attitude of "Of course we can do that!" as she created a mini bench right there from cork. Thank you for a great day and wonderful memories. My terrarium is looking AMAZING! And now my husband wants one for his office.

Downtown Renton needs more shops like Urban Sprouts! This small shop is packed with cute plants and all the plant essentials can be found here. Be sure to check out the wall of propagation options and the build your own greenhouse too! My favorite item here are the cactus beanies!

My friend and I did the private terrarium class and absolutely loved it! Sam was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, we both really appreciated the assistance. Not only does Urban Sprouts have a good collection of plants, but their selection of terrarium containers and decor is unparalleled! We both had an amazing time and will definitely go again in the future. If you're on the fence about doing one of the classes, I would highly recommend doing it!

Such a great shop! As others have mentioned, more expensive than going to Home Depot, but to me the extra cost is worth it to support a local business and the wide selection of plants they have. Really knowledgeable staff and always something new to see when I go!

When we walked into the store, we were greeted graciously. Josiah helped us build a water terrarium and added a couple of snails some rockery and plants. It was a wonderful experience and a very relaxing atmosphere. He was very informative on how to take care of it, and suggested the right plants to go into the glass jar that I had brought in which was an odd shaped jar. It’s sitting in my kitchen window at the moment until the weather warms up. Josiah seemed very relaxed, and looked like he was having fun doing what he does best. The time and care he put into this project is priceless. Thank you Josiah and Urban Sprouts. We will be back.

This is my go-to plant store! I have gotten so many plants from here. The staff is very knowledgeable about the plants and are always available to answer questions if I have any issues with them. I moved out of Renton in 2020, but still go there when shopping for plants.

This place is magical! Came in as a first time plant owner and the young gentlemen informed me so well how to care for my plant. Had a lovely personality & provided me the perfect plant. Such a wide variety of plants from small to large and very reasonably priced ❤️🌱

Took my plants in to see what I was doing wrong, and I was able to get one repotted into a better sized pot for rehabilitation. Plus, they were able to arrange this bigger pot for one of my plants that had outgrown its original pot. I’m still working on getting them happy and healthy, but thanks to the very knowledgeable staff they are well on their way to growing healthy again.
