My sister discovered while purchasing a bubble tea that Urban Leaf also makes cookies. So we placed an order of cookies for an upcoming baby shower. These were absolutely adorable and delicious! They are probably one of the best decorated cookies I've had! Would 1000% recommend if you need cookies for a party.

We visited this cafe today while searching for hot chocolate. What we got is the photo attached. We had asked for no whip cream and I guess that is why the cup was 20% empty. But the hot chocolate was really bad. It was most definitely hot chocolate packet mix with water. It was watered down to the extent that there was just a hint of chocolate flavor and it felt like brown sugary water. We were really disappointed given the reviews are so good for this cafe. Two stars for the two girls at the counter.

My favorite local bubble tea store! The spam nori bowl and sesame soba noodles were delicious, and the oreo bubble tea was great. The store has lots of anime merch and other cool collectibles. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I will be coming back to try more bubble tea flavors soon!

In response to some recent reviews, I feel the need to support this amazing business. Approximately 5-6 individuals decided to write negative reviews concerning a puddle on the floor and slipping. These reviews are fictitiously exaggerated. I know this from the other customer accounts of the situation and my experience with them. Note I am not an employee or business partner. I simply work with the owners and staff of this cafe on a professional business to business level. The owners and staff are meticulous, polite, and always professional. I have worked with them on many indoor and outdoor events. Their cafe and equipment is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. I have seen them lock up and scrub, wipe, and clean every surface, utensil, bottle, bag phone, tablet, you name it. I have even seen them clean the cleaning bottle. Lol The folks at this cafe are there to work their butts off and provide great service. Every event that we have worked together or they have catered for me was a huge success. I would not keep requesting their food and services if I did not think they were the best in quality, cleanliness, service, and professionalism. In the event business a bad food/drink service can lose you customers, reputation, and money. Urban Leaf is doing things right. I know staff would not have behaved the way they were reported to. this was probably around closing time. If there was a puddle I'm sure it was just from one of the last customers of the night on their way out. Considering it has been raining cats and dogs for 2 days straight you should know your shoes could be wet. I'm sure their security cameras caught what truly happened. If this individual was truly hurt they should have brought their concerns to the attention of the staff who I am sure would have been helpful. It is disgusting that these customers would plot to destroy a small businesses reputation as if they had anything better to do other than to write false and negative reviews. These persons reviews should be in violation of Google's review policy

Wonderful staff....they’re open on a Sunday night and everyone was so kind. Great atmosphere and then the waffle I had was delicious -honestly beyond delicious -..not too crunchy, not too soggy -the green tea ice cream was perfect with the Oreos and the fudge an amazing combo -...that you probably wouldn't do yourself but you definitely deserve to eat. I will definitely be back

Cute little lunch/snack style food place. The Spam Musubi we're DELICIOUS! Got the Thai iced tea bubble tea and it was perfect. Can't wait to try more! Also bought a few of their latte bombs. Excited to try them!

The shop is cute but no indoor seating. Everywhere is displayed with anime related items, which I did enjoy browsing while waiting for my order. The place was pretty clean and staffs were fairly nice. I ordered a coffee milk tea with no toppings and a original bubble waffle with powder sugar. Not hype bout either of the item. Probably no need to give another try. The coffee milk tea has only coffee and water taste. Rarely any milk tea taste. Yea, you can say watered down milk tea added strong coffee in it. The original bubble waffle was a bit tasteless or not much flavors to it. Not crunchy, but maybe it’s meant not to be made crunchy like the HK style. A bit disappointed after all.

This place is great! It's a rare treat for me to go out and find a place like this. It has a very modern and clean look to it. The staff is friendly and the Nori Bowl is awesome! The flavor and unique blend of the sauce with spam and rice is just perfect. I should have ordered 3 bowls it was that good! The bubble tea was also good, my go to is honeydew. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stop by and get bubble tea and try a new meal.
