This was my first time at Urban Blends. I tried a Butterfinger Latte and wow, excellent! White coffee and great flavor. Love the atmosphere, friendly staff, decent prices, and great coffee! Highly recommend trying it out.

What a great coffee stand. The main woman running the place makes fantastic drinks. They have a drink list of creative options. Very cozy and inviting atmosphere located inside the Northtown Mall. It's got an upscale atmosphere with a down to earth vibe. Very friendly server. She ensures you like the drink before you leave, every time. We will definitely be back

We normally love this place. The drinks are delicious and the staff is very friendly, but our last two experiences were negative. The middle aged blonde woman working there could use some additional training. She messed up our drinks two days in a row (Saturday and Sunday), and she was not very friendly. We will continue to go there, but if we see that she’s the one working we’ll just keep walking and go somewhere else.
Older blonde girl this Saturday afternoon was horrible to deal with. Misquoted me pricing at first, gave me wrong coffee, tried to mix my coffees, asked if it was ok to short me/ give half a cup, didn't offer to fix it or remake, she even wanted to add additional charges to my half cup of drip coffee that wasn't in first order 20 minutes earlier. I hope she isn't part of the management and they deal with this. I won't be returning anytime soon that's for sure.
