I would like to shout out the General Manager Ms. Qiana Gardner on maken my kids birthday at great expierence she answered all my questions with no problems also during checkout I got a discount that I didn’t even no I had her customer service is great I would recommend urban air for anything they are the best hands down. My kids enjoyed there party today thanks to the general manager

Love this place! My two sons had a blast and they were already asking if they can have their birthday parties there.

Everyone was so friendly. I actually asked the lady up front (Karen Ester) for a business card just so I could leave this review. Karen is always so kind and accommodating. I also want to point out another employee (Tony). Tony took the time to make sure my daughter was having a good time. He was so kind and helped her with the climbing wall.

Kids are having fun with the basics. But, it’s overwhelming how much this place has gone down hill. I’ll give them the benefit that maybe they’re renovating. But, there are several stations not open and look downright nasty. The basketballs are complete deflated. There is absolutely no food, other than one pizza, at the concession stand. When I walked up to the counter, the employee walked off and left me standing there for a few minutes without saying a word. Plus, this is a kids place, and there are scissors in reach for a child to grab. There is trash littered all over the floor. There are exposed wires or something in front of the kids play area. I’ve been before and haven’t seen it this bad.

Chris the GM manager is the best! They made one small mistake and gave my whole family a free pass for fixing it. And helped us with price and my kids and I had so much fun! Definitely recommend for those bored kids at home! Will definitely come back!

I took my nieces to celebrate their sisters birthday. The girls had a blast. We had one issue when I ordered food. They never but my order in, this was 40 minutes after the order was placed. I asked to speak to a manager and a young lady came to speak to me (I didn't get her name). She was rude and informed me that they didn't do refunds and spoke I'm a disrespectful manner. We asked to speak to the head manager. While waiting for him, Madison assisted us and apologized for the situation. Madison was such a kind and gentle young lady. The head manager Toby apologized and made things right for us. Due to Madison and Toby we will visit again.

We almost always come here for birthdays but I brought along our 5yo while the 11yo partied with a friend this time and he was able to use a coupon we got from another party in our party favors, *woot woot*! We also save our socks and bring them each time. So much fun for all ages. They also are usually not a full capacity and once they are in van stay as long as they want to play.

Madison did an excellent job as our party host for my son's 7th birthday. She was very attentive and on top of things. We literally did not have to life a finger. My son had the most amazing time and was completely satisfied with his experience. The pizza and chicken strips had good flavor. Timothy also helped us in the beginning and he didn't even have to considering he had his own party to host. We really enjoyed the new attractions also. The only reason I gave 4 stars because overall I feel like the cost of the party was excessive considering.
