Wow. My 1st time there. Attended a play- which was great. I was impressed with the beauty and layout. It reminded me of an old french theater from the movies. Elegant and super classy.
The lobby is vibrant and roomy. The colors are just enough. Check out the inside space. 2 huge murals 🎈🎈🎈🌄🌄🌄🌉🌉🌉🌉

Fabulous vintage theatre space. Wonderful community theatre productions, children’s summer camp, touring shows, etc.
Rentable for events & fundraisers. Recently hosted a magic show for kiddos to raise $ for Lions Club.
Cute and simple concession area with adequate seating.
Small break out room with space for a little poetry reading perhaps(?)...

Fantastic theater with a throwback, historical feel to it. We present magic shows here annually and it’s always a highlight for us to get to be at this facility. The staff is top notch as is everything in the venue.
Great piece of history of Grand Prairie beautifully brought back to life keeping the art deco atmosphere of its golden age era, its facade is even spotted in a rare picture of President John F. Kennedy while he was in campaign running for president, so now that Grand Prairie is turning into the newest vibrant city in the DFW metroplex is a great place to spend time and enjoy a play or concert mostly performed local artists, the kind that are run by passion and not for the money.
We came here to watch our grandsons first jazz concert performance. Good sound, seats were comfortable.
Had our wedding there on 10/17/20! It was beautiful and amazing!!! I gave 4 stars because the media system in the lobby area was not that great, couldn't hear music or when DJ made announcements. Need to be careful on the small stage because some boards are loose. One BIG thing that upset me was they cut and served the top tier of my wedding cake... they literally had to tell me several times before I actually believed them because I thought they were kidding. But other than that everything else was amazing!
I love everything about this theater!!! It was very original but classy!
