Do not recommend this place is the definition of waco tx Literal trash And the owners are nosey and just walk into rooms

Bed bugs, no working bathroom, roaches and fire ants. The bug man comes on second Wednesday of each month and makes things worse and stirs the bugs up his spray attracts the bugs not kills them. Rude owner who doesn't care.

Its quiet and they've done a lot to bring it up to standards of a very nice motel to stay in , but the rooms are very, very small for the price of $700.00 a month. No vending machines, and a very small ice machine with no ice containers to carry the ice to your room. Given a very, very small electric heater, (that puts out hardly any heat even for such a small room) and no pets allowed or any visitors after 10:00pm, which us OK beings the area and history of this place in the past. I would not recommend this motel for anyone wanting place to live in for more than a week. Although, there are only a few places that still rent by the month in Waco, Texas, Up Town should lower their amounts for the month from $700.00 to $500.00 a month due to the size, shape, and emmenities it does and does NOT offer. The management IS VERY KIND , but the room service needs help. I give this motel two,(2) out of five,(5) stars.

My man Sam treats me good everytime. Affordable and quite place. Me and Sam go way back. Definitely recommend.

Good location, clean hotel. Enjoyed staying at this location. Staff was extremely friendly, and helped me out in one specific situation extremely kindly.

A little ratty fills like the Bates motel not a good place for kids. A lot of drug activity. Only good for a place if your low on funds
