Positive: Management is understanding and kind, room was clean they allowed us to pay cash with no deposit and allowed our pets here which we currently had small dog and a cat with five kittens.they really worked with us if we needed to extend we had until 8 pm. Negative: Not really maybe roo s a little small

Positive: There was nothing to like Negative: There was roaches crawling on the wall, no towels in the room. I had to check-out 5 mins into my arrival.

Great value and the staff is always nice. I left my phone and the wonderful desk staff held it for me until I could return.

Me and my partner were looking for a motel in the area and we found this one. It seemed promising until, we arrived and got settled in the room, my partner decided to walk outside and go to our car and he realized that someone tried to break into the car because the drivers side door handle was on the floor. Then my partner went to do a complaint and management seemed to not care or believe what we were saying, please be aware of this motel. It is most definitely not safe.

The owners are very nice. The rooms are definitely low budget but it's just a motel so what can you expect. Free private parking. Nobody bothers you. Drinks in the vending machine for a dollar. It's really quiet, except for the guys who bump their car stereos at all hours. Other than that it's mellow.

For the modest price of a hunnit dollars, this spot delivers the essentials, and with a smile on their face. Down the way a deranged and disgraced Hindu lives with his boyfriend named Bradford Michaels, and their trans partner, a silver haired fox named Jesse, making the trifecta which lives at the sunshine a spectacle to say the least. The only reason I bring this up, is this group of rag tag vishnue tran and tan testicles had me unable to stay at the sunshine comfortably, and thank god i stumbled upon this piece of ramadan in the sky. Offering both smoking and non smoking rooms, the uptown is cool enough to have an affair in or modest enough to hide out from Aladdin, apu and trans Jafar like I had to.

I was being generous with one star as this was probably the worst Motel I've ever had to stay in. I believed it was a good place and the people were friendly according to another review. The person in charge which I think is the owner was anything but friendly and acted like we were all suspicious of something. I overheard him tell a person that was staying there that the guy was smoking in the room and when the guy denied it he informed him he had a camera in the room. I checked my room and I believe on top of the TV was a camera it could see me at most angles in the room when I was dressing undressing or doing anything even sleeping. This I do not care for. The walls were Gray and the bathtub was dirty on the bottom. I bought a can of cleanser to scrub it myself when I told them and they did not clean it. Once I got it halfway decent and I could sit in it I realized it did not hold water! What a waste of my time and money by buying stuff to clean a bathroom that should have been clean in the first place. You have to walk quite a distance to even get a cup of coffee at the 7-Eleven or the donut shop which is the opposite way. The microwave didn't work very well that was outside not in the room and the water dispenser did not work at all. I ended up buying water just to have something to drink. Therefore the one star rating is warranted in this case and I would not recommend this to anyone who can pay a little more and get a little better quality than a hole in the wall That's monitored by a camera.

Great motel. Quiet. Private. Safe area. Free parking inside property. The staff is nice. Rema is the owner and she is the sweetest lady. They don't have microwaves in the room but it's just a motel. Always clean always cheap. No deposit. Cash or card accepted. Love it.
