Andrew and his team are absolutely the best. They are 100% transparent and hard working. Everything I have purchased from Uptown Gaming has only brought joy and I am always going to recommend them. I don’t understand how someone could’ve left a three star review with no comment. Literally a bot account so I would ignore it. 👍🏻

Small hole-in-the-wall spot jam packed ceiling to floor with games from every generation. Walked in on a whim and walked out with 2 childhood favorites and only spent like 20 bucks. Easy recommendation, loved it.

I have nothing but the utmost of praises to give to Uptown Gaming & Collectibles. They might be the smallest store you have ever visited, but they have the biggest hearts and passion for the hobbies they deal with. Worth noting is they are a new store but already planning to move just around the corner to a much larger space, in order to expand their stock and better serve the people of Ankeny's collectibles community, who they cherish. Their inventory is diverse and amazing for their current shop space. Even if I don't plan on buying something, I still like to stop in and chat with them. Prices on their products are fair and competitive, and they also give you everything they can when it comes to trade-in. Keep doing what you are doing guys, thank you for everything you do for the Ankeny collectible community!

An awesome retro gaming and card shop in Ankeny. Their selection is always amazing and they have something for any collector that stops by. I am always happy with their great pricing and can find some really cool items I can't find anywhere else!
