Liz was so sweet while aiding me with my transaction. I found the exact product I had searched multiple other department stores for by accidentally stumbling across Uptown Cheapskate's location. Having only been in the store a few minutes, it was evident they only have clean, good quality, re-sell products. I have definitely found my new favorite shopping destination!

Cool place to get brand name items for cheap. Got some Vans in good shape for $19:99 today and am really happy with them. It's cool that you can not only buy but sell and trade. Trendy things for cheap and it's definitely a great place to thrift.

I went to get some dressy clothes for my husband, and scored some awesome Zara pieces that are so nice!! It was perfect because I brought in some items so I had store credit and only paid a few dollars. The staff was super nice and quick too!

I love a good deal on high quality clothing and often find great deals here. The clothes are generally in good or great shape, and the prices are fair, although sometimes I think they are a little high for some pieces that have more wear than they should. I’ve sold clothing. here before too and never gotten much money for anything, but I do get a small discount when I sell and I can use my $5 to buy something in store.

Went in to donate, the employees were not friendly at all, felt very awkward. I have been in here before the quality of clothing and employees has gone down hill, I had two men’s old navy shirts they turned down in beautiful condition but as I looked around they had faded Nike shirts. I guess old many isn’t name brand enough. I wanted my clothes back not the cash but felt pressured to sell. Please hire some friendly employees.so people don’t feel so uncomfortable selling or shopping here . My experience was terrible.

The place is nice and organized however they have the WORST systems for clothes trade ins. I had to wait 2 hours for my trade in and if not I would have to checkout which is annoying and then on top of that if you wait in store then there is literally NOWHERE to sit. I wish they could simply text you when to come back for your stuff. Nothing against the employees, they are always really kind and respectful but the system has GOT TO BE BETTER.
